I want to thank the Ent Doctor Suroch (sitting in the office) 30.01.2024 performed surgery on his son, he is 4 years old. I can safely say the Doctor is from God. He knows his job. And before that, I was treated here for about a year. I am very pleased with the doctors, everything is accessible and convenient. They are treated very politely. Thank you very much, Dr. Suroch. As well as the genicologist Gulnora Salimbetova, I am very satisfied. I boldly recommend it. In general, I can say very cleanly . My son stayed in the ward for 1 day after the operation . We recently performed an operation on our son. I would like to express my gratitude to our doctor, an experienced specialist Karshiev Radjab. But I have a completely different opinion about the clinic. I believe that adults and children should be placed separately after surgery. Now, all patients after surgery are in one place, without separation. This is wrong. Moreover, anyone can enter the patient's room – even one person, even ten. I caught the virus overnight and am still undergoing treatment. The nurses never came in after the operation to inquire about my son's condition. But in the morning, when the “rounds” begin, they know exactly how to kick the child out of the ward. At the same time, they themselves did not even once inquire about his well-being. The abundance of nurses is a consequence of the nurses' inaction. If they had done their job conscientiously and professionally, there would simply have been no need for so many nurses. On the positive side, the clinic has delicious food, for which I thank the chefs. In my opinion, the clinic should be temporarily closed for sanitation. After all, even my roommates faced complications in just one night – their throats swelled sharply. Yaqinda o‘g‘limni operatsiya qildirdik.
