They sell cheap Chinese spare parts at a high price (for 245 rubles they gave two discs, a set of Nakayama pads and wipers (the price for everything in normal stores is 100 rubles). The request for a refund is responded to from the category "there is no money in the cash register", "refund by card up to 14 days". Also, the spare parts were not picked up the first time - the second time I had to give myself a VIN for selection. Scammers in general, the application went where it should (there is an ATC just two stops away).

My father bought a spare part for his old VW B3 a couple of weeks ago. The spare part turned out to be defective. The result is that they miraculously avoided flying into a ditch.
They didn't give my father a receipt for the sale - apparently they thought that "grandpa is old - he doesn't care."
Seller's reaction: there will be no refund, bring the expert opinion of the car service.
He doesn't know why he didn't give the check. Or he doesn't remember.
