The next day, they said that there was no such battery in the city, and it would be ordered in Almaty. At the same time, they assured that this would not affect the price in any way, but they would have to wait 3-5 days. I agreed to wait for the battery from Almaty. By the end of the week, I came back, and they told me that the battery was still missing, no one had ordered it in Almaty, and the cost of ordering a battery now is more than 30 thousand.. I was surprised, as I saw such batteries on AliExpress at a price of about 10 thousand, and on Wildberries — about 18 thousand. I refused to order a battery at that price and decided to pick up the phone. He asked what they had done and was ready to pay for the work done. They told me the amount of 16,000 tenge, explaining that they had to restore the burned-out contacts and solder them. When I got home, I decided to check what exactly they had soldered. I don't know how to solder myself, but I've seen a lot of soldered chips at work and I understand well what soldering marks look like. I saw absolutely nothing soldered in my phone. Absolutely nothing in it was soldered over. I conclude that 16 thousand I paid for them to just take the phone apart and tell me what I already knew — the battery was swollen and needed to be replaced. I do not recommend this phone repair service center to anyone.
