The client is not interested in transactions and benefits, the commission has been paid and walk as they say. It's just disgusting. A specialist from this agency (Tereshkina L.V.) deceived that she had a buyer for our building. We called and made an appointment. I had to change my plans, collect the documents and come. They did not say any specifics at the meeting, in fact, they sent for another document. We suspected something was wrong and asked another realtor to call her and find out if there was a buyer for the building. The specified specialist told our realtor that she did not know why we came to her and did not understand what we were talking about at all. As a result: they told us that there was a buyer, invited us to a meeting, and then said they didn't know why we came at all. Rating: 1 dismissed specialist out of 5.

Sign an agreement with the agency LINE OF the LAW on the sale of an apartment, the realtor himself imposed on my head Oleg, as usual, promised mountains, the price is excellent, the area is even better.Such an advertisement for 300 rubles, that even if you want to buy an apartment, you will not find it on more than one site.The contract was signed on June 25 to October 29, during which time the announcement on the website (domavita) was updated three times and then at my request, and the apartment was on the 240th place, on page 7, but on kufara and to this day there is an announcement on August 13, apparently forgotten.And when you call him and ask why the ads are not updated, the answer is that I do not own this question. I dial who owns it, he says I don't have time, which apartments are being asked for, I'm updating them. In short, without the chapel.When asked why you charge 300 rubles if you do nothing.It's just written in the contract 10 minemarks upon termination, that's all.And what kind of ad, it's just signed that the real estate agency didn't write anything about the apartment.After I asked for something, they scribbled the same type, not interesting and not tempting.The agency works on concluding contracts and rowing money, And when they went to terminate the contract, there is no director or accountant, pay the money, but we will not give the receipt and there were no keys to our apartment at the office either, it is not known who used them at all and my husband had to travel twice, it's terrible, the keys should be at the office in in the safe, or if the realtor wants to show the apartment, he must inform about it, our apartment has never even been shown to anyone.Only the keys were unknown where they were, although we informed them that we were going.I will never go to such establishments again in my life.

I ADVISE EVERYONE TO READ IT!!! I do not advise anyone to contact this company. They will take the keys to the apartment from you, sign a contract for a lot of money, which you will have to pay for the sale, but when you do not know exactly how your apartment is being sold. I came across this "office" when I wanted to buy an apartment for my mother in my own house. Realtor Alexey could not show the apartment for a long time , constantly postponed the meeting for unknown reasons and any other buyer would have left long ago, but since I needed an apartment in this house, I insisted on viewing. I wonder if the landlord knew? As it turned out later, NO!!! They never showed me the apartment. And since our house is a cooperative, I turned to the chairman of the house and asked who sells housing in our house. The chairman suggested the apartment number and gave the phone number of the owner. When I contacted the owner, the seller, of course, was not aware that his apartment was not being shown. The seller - owner was told that the apartment was advertised, but it was not in demand, they said that it was necessary to lower the price. As a result, I bought this apartment, but directly from the owner. I will not describe what it cost the owner to pick up the keys and terminate the contract with this company. Apparently, the employees of the company planned to keep this apartment for sale to themselves or their friends and reduce the price as much as possible, misleading the owner. Because the owner of the apartment, upon termination of the contract, was constantly called by the former director of this company, Oleg Markovich Volstein, who had his license suspended for three years this year!!! But for him, the decision of the Ministry of Justice means nothing, calmly continues to work and violate the law. Therefore, before contacting this company, think 1000 times. Dear moderators, if you have doubts about my review in particular, open the official website of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus and check this information. And think about why there are only positive reviews here, and all the negative ones, apparently, at the request of Oleg Markovich, have been deleted !!!

Today, my wife and I looked at the apartment at 17 Karpovich Street together with the realtor of this company. The attitude towards the client is "off the hook", there is no interest at all. On the phone, he poured into his ears that he was interested in us, he offered to help in the selection of interesting options, and in fact, at the meeting, they say, "look on the site yourself." He didn't say anything sensible about the apartment. He stood and looked at his watch, waiting for us to leave. In fact, they were dissatisfied with this meeting. Last year, when we applied, there was no such problem, but apparently time does not change people for the better.
