Sabina is the most incredible and super-professional realtor I've ever met. And I've met a lot of people. She instantly understands what the client wants and immediately shows you the objects that are of interest to you. She knows everything and can solve any issue, even the most difficult one. She is very responsive, even answers the phone instantly, no matter what you ask, after a couple of minutes the answer already comes. I don't understand how she manages everything.
But what impressed me most was that she doesn't leave people who have already completed the deal, but continues to help. For me, who found myself in a foreign country, this is super important. Sabina helped with the necessary contacts, she knows everyone, and everyone knows her. Do I need to do something at the bank? Do I need to arrange electricity and water? Sabina solves these issues in a matter of minutes. Even when it was necessary to change the lock, one call, and literally 10 minutes later the locks were new. Cleaning on Sabina's recommendation came the next day, for a cheap price, and the whole apartment shone. A construction site? Buying furniture? Recommendations, where and what is better and inexpensive to buy? Sabine will help here too. I even go to the places that Sabina suggested are the best for breakfast :)

We had a task in a rapidly growing market to buy an apartment in a very short time.
All this was complicated by a bunch of additional requirements - the area, the floor, the amount in TAPU, the absence of a tenant.
Moreover, it was the first family purchase abroad and the need for it arose at an unfortunate time - after a natural disaster.
I think Sabina helped us out a lot, she not only solved the difficult task of searching for us, but
also helped us significantly with banking in Turkey. We were offered 5 or 6 variations in a very short time,
which fully meet both the requirements and the budget.

We read on the Internet that in Antalya you can buy an inexpensive apartment by the sea (at a price like in our city with a population of 200,000 people), watched bloggers' videos on YouTube and on the sahibinden website and made sure that this is real. In January 2022, we bought tickets and flew to Antalya, where we had no acquaintances or friends and, of course, it was scary that we might be deceived or we would leave with nothing.
Upon arrival, we began to look at apartment options and search for realtors through social networks, and higher forces really helped us to stumble across Sabina's announcement on Facebook about the sale of the apartment we liked. We called and came to see – it turned out that the current owners had already asked Sabina for help in finding and buying an apartment, but for family reasons decided to sell the apartment and turned to her again, as they were pleased with her help. In addition to showing the apartment, Sabina immediately told about the documents for the apartment, the terms and procedures of the transaction, explained her duties and answered all questions. We learned that she works for a large real estate company that provides services to Turkish and foreign citizens, and the director of this company constantly conducts training events for employees, including with the participation of lawyers on innovations in real estate legislation. Of course, we were afraid (after all, we met for the first time and did not know Sabina before), but her openness calmed us down.
Sabina speaks Russian perfectly, as well as Turkish and Azerbaijani. In the evening, I looked at Sabina's Facebook page – there she writes about her family, and she also loves cats and has 4 cats.
We decided to buy this apartment. We arrived at the office by agreement – there were many employees in it, which also gave us confidence that we would not be deceived.
We agreed on the cost of the apartment and made a deposit, Sabina helped pay for the examination and gave me a tax number. When the examination was completed, Sabina called and told us the results – they were positive, of course, and we waited for a rendezvous at the Cadastral Office of Kepez. But the SMS still did not come...... and our sellers bought plane tickets to another country in advance and every day we were more and more panic-stricken. We called Sabine every day and, basically, knowing what we wanted to say, that we were afraid, she was always in touch by phone and on WhatsApp.
As a result, it turned out that we got to the very period when Turkish lawmakers issued a new law according to which foreigners must buy an apartment for lira, but when exchanging foreign currency (dollars, euros) for lira, they must provide a certificate from the bank, and banks have not yet received instructions on how to issue such certificates to tourists, therefore, the Cadastral Office delayed the date of the transaction. And here we fully appreciated Sabina's professionalism. She found out everything at the cadastral office and helped with contacting the bank for help! She probably roused half of the Cadastral Department, but our deal took place on time and now we have an apartment in Antalya. Sabina also helped to re-register water and electricity meters and helped us clarify all questions about aidat with our housemate, the eldest in the house, who knows only Turkish (at that time Sabina was ill, but answered the phone anyway!).
Before leaving, I exchanged WhatsApp contact numbers with the daughter of a neighbor in the apartment below – they are all native Turks and do not speak other languages, and we flew to Russia for work. A month later, a neighbor's daughter wrote to me that they were flooded and there was a suspicion that a pipe had burst in our apartment. Although we turned off the electricity and water in our purchased apartment before leaving, I still started to worry. But what will I do, because we are in Russia. And then I wrote to Sabina again, she immediately responded and offered to help, and completely free of charge – Sabina called her neighbor and found out in Turkish that, after all, the water flowed only from the open balcony and there were no more leaks from above in their apartment. After talking with Sabina, the issue of floods and accidents in our apartment was no longer raised by the neighbor. I am extremely grateful to Sabine for this!

We are distrustful, always on the alert and waiting for a trick. Being in a foreign country without a language and extra money, even more so.
When I read reviews about Sabine back in Russia, I thought, advertising, it doesn't happen that way. But it's time to look for a realtor in Antalya yourself. I remembered about Sabina, called "at random" and agreed on a consultation.
The first meeting immediately put everything in its place. Everything I had read about Sabina before was confirmed. She really sees your problem as her own. We started by opening an account, Sabina took us to the bank "by the hand", of course free of charge. Then 2 days of views, selection, examination and exit to the deal. Everything happened very quickly. To say that I am delighted is to say nothing. Sabina is a high–class professional, and the secret lies on the surface – she loves her job and her clients. I felt protected all the time, including when making a deposit, in the sense that it unexpectedly did not become a premium for the seller's realtor, and when choosing an expert for real estate valuation. We were also handled by Sabina's assistant, who was always on top!
So the deal is already over, and Tapu is on his hands, and Sabina does not leave us. She recommended a lawyer for very reasonable money to prepare documents and support for obtaining a residence permit. Special Thanks to her for that. Again, Sabina offered to help us purchase large household appliances, and we also received a discount of more than 5,000 Turkish lira. You understand, miracles do not happen, Sabina did not earn money for us, they gave us a discount on the amount of her bonus. We again asked ourselves the same question with perplexity: Does this happen?! It turns out – IT HAPPENS!
A few more words about Sabine. Involuntarily, I witnessed her conversations with other clients, and it's always the same story, empathy and help, for example, in transferring money. Is that her problem? Other realtors are not interested in clients without money in a Turkish account. Sometimes it doesn't look like a realtor's job, but like a Humanitarian Mission.
