Hi! I would like to express my gratitude to Elena Zhuravleva for her excellent work. I have a difficult situation with the sale of an apartment in which I am registered, but I was abroad. The apartment was registered to my mother, and I had to give consent to the sale as a participant in the privatization.

Продавали квартиру с агентством "Гармония недвижимости". Очень довольны результатом. Сначала пытались продать сами, но с теми интересовавшимися, что были, не смогли договориться по цене.
Потом за дело взялась Елена Журавлева, суперпрофессионал. Рекламу сделала очень качественную, с отличными фотографиями, мы прямо сами на них залюбовались) Покупателей нашла за один день! По цене квартиры договорилась отлично. Даже за минусом оплаты услуг агентства мы все равно оказались в плюсе по сравнению с тем, что удалось до этого "наторговать" себе самостоятельно. Документы оформлены очень грамотно и аккуратно. Вся подготовка и сама сделка прошли в очень приятной, позитивной атмосфере. И покупатели тоже остались довольны)
