If you insist on entering the date of transfer of the apartment into the contract (the deadline for bringing the apartment up to operational characteristics) and prescribe a penalty for the delay (by default, the contract specifies a penalty for late payment by the buyer, but there is nothing about their penalty for late delivery of the house), they will specify additional conditions such that the delay in delivery of the house is considered a delay only if it is related to the activities of the real palace company, and not a million other reasons that they can easily find. After the payment, they forget about you completely. Their houses are being rented with a long delay and no one will talk to you. You will be completely ignored and no one will even apologize. I personally and other apartment buyers in BST have faced this. I do not recommend contacting this company.
