We asked Tatiana to show the house.On the appointed day, we did not succeed at first, but by the evening the plans changed, but the realtor could not.We were standing at the house and asked to call the owners and clarify when they would arrive, to which the realtor began to talk nonsense and not quite in a friendly tone (beginning-do you want me to break down now and come if I'm in another place!?)and it was so crudely said..and I didn't demand it.Then it's even more interesting.On Friday, we agreed to see the house, but the realtor had her own personal affairs and she brought me to sign the inspection report for work.To my question, and if suddenly the inspection does not take place, she mumbled something.And the inspection did not take place!!!My husband fell down with a high fever.I called on the same day and said that we would not go to the examination because my husband was ill.We agreed that I would come to the office on Monday and we would cancel the act because there are our full names (and the husband, too, whom she had never seen) and our phone numbers.But on Monday, I already came down with a high fever and could not come to the office to cancel the inspection report.I asked via Viber to cancel and send a photo report, to which I was told that there were no problems and it was just an inspection act that was unsuccessful.But if there was no inspection, then there should not be an inspection report with my husband and my data.To which I was told that she would consult with a lawyer about the adequacy of my actions.That is, forgery and fraud (I don't know how to rate it) are normal, and my REQUEST is the inadequacy of actions.I do not advise contacting the realtor of this agency Tatiana.
P.S. After a while, the head called back at my request and assured me that the entry in the inspection report would be annulled.The manager turned out to be a responsive, competent and friendly person.I PERSONALLY GIVE TWO STARS TO TATIANA.Contact this agency, but it is better to contact other specialists, because after talking with many friends who sold real estate, the IMPRESSION about the AGENCY is GOOD, PERSONALLY ABOUT TATIANA is NEGATIVE.
