If I were the owner, I would think about whether it is worth contacting this agency, because I am not sure that the object can be sold at the best price for the seller.…We liked the apartment on Belomorskaya Street. During the show, Elena Rafalskaya informed that there were already offers for the apartment from potential buyers. We also informed them (not without difficulty, since the agent does not always answer the phone and calls back) that we were really interested in the apartment and about our intentions to purchase it. Elena promised to keep us informed!!! And a day later, the object was withdrawn from sale and a deposit was taken for it. At the same time, despite the promise, Elena did not even call / write to ask if we could offer more favorable conditions for the seller. To say the least, it's unprofessional and very unpleasant.

We wanted to rent an apartment through this agency (see their number in the ad), we called several agents, they are all absolutely not interested in this job. We say that we need silence in response, as if agents have been recruited from the market. The arrogant tone, it felt like she had called the clinic. Customer orientation is 0. They don't know how to sell their services. We didn't get any information about the apartments we wanted to see, but we heard many times that we had to sign a contract and pay for their services, but nothing was said about what was included and how they worked. After such communication, if you can call it that, there are only negative emotions and I don't want to cross paths with this agency at all. Agents don't introduce themselves to the campaign on purpose, so as not to receive bad reviews in their name
