I gave away a recessed phone for repair. They were fed breakfast for 4 days, they didn't even bother to diagnose it, they returned with the answer that they couldn't do anything! Bottom line: they just stupidly didn't do it and lied. Another service performed diagnostics in 2 hours and repaired it in less than a day. I do not recommend this office! It's a waste of time!
