This is not the first time I have worked with them, I ordered the printing of stickers for a client twice and later clarified on paper. Today there was an unpleasant incident: I wrote to the printing company in Telegram (the contact was indicated on the website), I urgently needed to find out about the availability of paper for printing certificates, what kind of texture there is. The girl Olga wrote and sent a video of the paper in stock, where she contacted me with a complaint and complained that nothing would be visible on the video and told me to personally come and watch. Then she deleted the video when I said it was irrelevant. I don't understand how you can communicate with clients like that. There is no desire to order more.
