Special respect for the choice of equipment: seeing La Marzocco in action is a true aesthetic and professional pleasure, the bar is set high. As for the coffee itself, the grain and roasting here are very distinctive and clearly for an amateur — the profile is specific, so this is more a story about personal taste preferences than about a mass market.
