It was urgently necessary to print one document for 200 tenge.. but the payment is only caspi or cash. He offered a transfer, or even more, a transfer to a balance or card number. He explained that the situation was very critical and very urgent, regardless of the price. He offered to keep his license so he could bring it back later. According to the rules, they can refuse. But it is humanly inhumane not to make any concessions because of 200 tenge. I asked for the administrator's phone number. Not to complain, but to try to negotiate. They refused to do that either. With a polite smile, a complete refusal to help on all counts.
