It's a good steakhouse. There are quite good varieties of wines. The meat is delicious, the portions are large enough, the interior is pleasant, the staff is courteous, and the service is not intrusive. The price tag is acceptable.

But with the roasting of two steaks, they didn't hit any of them. Although the meat is of very decent quality.

An exceptional place for premium quality meat lovers. The quality of the dishes significantly exceeds their price. We ordered Rib Eye from the main menu (there is also a premium one) - the most tender, juicy, properly fried - respect to the chef. The super courteous waiter Alisher deserves special thanks. Cleanliness, furnishings. I recommend it )

They cook very well, the staff is attentive. Live music was playing. If I find myself in Bishkek again, I will definitely come in for a steak.
The prices there are certainly not cheap, but it's worth it.
From a small minus, this is an air conditioner that blew into the back and neck.

if you ask for medium rare, they bring rare.
a friend asked for medium well - they brought medium rare.
at the same time, the roasting is very uneven throughout the steak.
well, they don't know what carpaccio is here at all, they don't know how to cook :) but the menu at the same time offers)
the waiters are not interested in the visitor, they will never come up once again, and they will not ask if they liked the dish, even if the guest did not finish it. collect feedback? No, you haven't heard
positioning and reality are very different, alas.
There are much better steakhouses in Bishkek.
