The staff is not friendly. Low-level maintenance. The room is cold and uncomfortable, and the bed creaks with an old mattress with protruding springs. Poor sound insulation between rooms. Everything is terrible. The location is not convenient, there is not a single store in the vicinity. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

A cozy hotel within walking distance from the center of Yerevan.There is a swimming pool, bar, parking, WiFi, delicious breakfasts. A clean, peaceful place to relax. Polite and helpful staff

The staff is wonderful, the breakfast is excellent. And everything else is purely Armenian - it looks great, but it doesn't work or partially works. there is a TV in the room, but it is not possible to watch it - it constantly jumps, very poor reception. there is WiFi, but the signal is terrible. There is even a shower with 2 watering cans, but one does not work because the lever is broken off, and the second watering can is clogged with sediments and holes are drilled so that water flows (!). The bed with the mattress looks great, but I lay down and fell almost to the floor. There is a closet, but the shelves inside are collapsed down (it couldn't be any other way since they were held instead of corners on tiny furniture studs). Well, I won't list any little things. Thank God I didn't turn on the air conditioner... The refrigerator was cooling normally.
