I applied to this company for the purchase of hat boxes and flower carriers. The section of the site "hat boxes" sends shopping to the Instagram page @red_hat_box. After the correspondence in Instagram, two of my accounts were blocked. A screenshot of the correspondence in the application. I reread the correspondence several times trying to figure out which of my messages was incorrect and with what intonation it was possible to read them (my messages) so that the only way to resolve the issue with the client was blocking. It's very unprofessional.
