Vibration grinding machines were needed for production. I have contacted this organization more than once and there were no complaints. Everything was really decent. But: choosing 2 batteries of the car, thinking that the price is good and there is no need to get attached to the cable... it turned out that they were without batteries. On the package, which is sealed, they are in the photo, but they are not inside. At first, they replied to the claim that the bills stated that they were without a battery (I did not pay attention to the purchase, believing that the accumulator thing could not be sold without), they said that they would take it back and refund the money ... well.. OK, BUT: then they called back and said they would not change the non-defective item. Well... Good luck with aggressive sales. The Consumer Protection Society with their brain-eating and refund tariffs has not been canceled.. and there are two things. And there are two lawsuits.. each for 1300 rubles from their side. Well, well..

I will note a very competent technology of the site - everything is for the client: 1. if you want to communicate with the manager, if you don't want to, you just need to tick the right places. 2. Full support on the status of the order (in my case: I chose a job without manager calls, it was very interesting how it works) - emails to the mailbox about the status of the order + final SMS. Now about the pleasant little things: 1. when ordering through the website, they give a minimum, but a discount. 2. I came to pick up the ordered goods and also presented a gift (I note that the order was not for a fabulous amount!!!!).
