I was selling a laptop and their service-center called me to buy it with a price lower than I demanded, I agreed and traveled 2 hours to their service-center to sell it. They checked the laptop and everything was ok with it, we almost agreed on initial agreed price, but some guy appeared and offered a price much lower than the agreed price and sayed that they won't give more for that laptop. Even though I once buyed from them an expensive laptop, this was much worse experience. Total waste of time and money due to their bad work organization.
