I signed up for a haircut in advance. Before a responsible event. On day X, they called from the salon and asked to reschedule the recording for tomorrow. I explained to them what was needed today. Then they asked me to come early. I changed all my business for the time after the hairdresser, arrived as requested. As a result , I waited at the reception for 20 minutes anyway until Master Alexey was free. When I was accepted, I asked if it was possible to do more styling, because it was necessary for a solemn event. Alexey replied :"no problem." Finally : I cut it for only 5 minutes (I cut my hair with scissors here and there - so I can cut myself). Then he curled on the iron and left. He was gone for 20 minutes. There is a clock on the wall - it is very convenient to mark the time. At that time, I was doing a build-up or something in another office. Then he ran in and raked his hair with his hands and let go. I calculated the cost for the haircut, which in fact did not exist, and for the styling, and for the time that I stupidly sat and waited for him. As a result, I did not have time to finish any business at all, which I postponed for the sake of their request to come early, moreover, I was almost late for the event. So the mood was spoiled for a long time. This is the first time I have encountered such an attitude.
