I waited for a doctor's appointment for 40 minutes, although I warned in advance that I was limited in time. They promised that the whole procedure would take no more than an hour, in the end it took almost two (1.5 hours + waiting). The doctor was treating several patients at the same time and constantly running from office to office. As a result, the needle was inserted past the vein, the arm swelled, and I still don't understand how safe it is. Unfortunately, this left a very unpleasant impression. If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would have done so.
