The hotel staff is always friendly. The service is excellent. There is a free shuttle from the hotel to the train station and airport. The hotel is calm.
Of the disadvantages, I would note that it is impossible to regulate the ventilation system ourselves, it is the only one in the hotel. You can only set the temperature lower or higher on the thermostat. And of course, the rooms are cleaned late. The room is guaranteed to be in order only after 5 p.m.
In terms of service, space and room facilities, the hotel outperforms many hotels in the tourist centers of the world.

The Regal Hotel by Grand is an excellent hotel with a convenient location on Alisher Navoi Street, 1, in Navoi. The staff is the best of the best, always polite and ready to help. However, I would like to see an update of the restaurant menu for a variety of choices. Overall, a wonderful place for a comfortable stay.

It all started very well. But unfortunately, after a year of operation, repairs began to pour in. And even sadder is that the service has deteriorated. The breakfasts leave much to be desired.
On the positive side, there is a gym for guests, there is a sauna. The hotel is quiet. The staff is polite.
But sometimes, oh, it's related to services not being attentive and not being executive. Especially if you are not a foreign guest.
Rooms are cleaned late.

If it were possible to put 7 stars, I would.
We traveled by bicycle from Tashkent to Khiva and back. And this is the best hotel along the entire route and for the most adequate money.
Cleanliness, comfort, coziness, freshness. The hotel is new. The rooms have not just everything you need, but even more than you need.
I had the opportunity to watch TV and was struck by the fact that there is an application where you can find in HD quality all the latest films of 2023, recently released in cinemas in Russia.
The hotel is so beautiful that you don't want to leave the room.

We were returning with a colleague from Urgench to Tashkent. But when they reached the halfway point, they realized that they were starting to "chop" from fatigue. And we saw this hotel on the way. Not expecting any "Wow", we went to spend the night.
Comfort for 5+
Everything is perfect, cleanliness, order, silence.
A large cozy room, a soft bed, a delicious rich breakfast, and all this is complemented by a reasonable price. I definitely recommend it.
