And the scariest thing turned out to be Cockroaches in the room. It's just terrible, With the help of a guide, they overpowered us, but it didn't help the 31st floor, room 3110 is also Cockroaches. There are just no words...... And the scariest thing is that they say it's okay.

We are currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is beautiful with a pool on the 40th floor and a wonderful view of the city. The staff is not bad, but they don't understand Russian at all and use a translator on their phone. The rooms are poorly cleaned, they only wash in the center (the time was just 6 minutes), they have never changed the linen (we have been here for 8 days). But I would like to pay attention to the breakfasts at the hotel. It's just a kick-ass. The hotel goes 5. The same thing every day, plus or minus 1-2 dishes. Noodle soup, which is poorly boiled, it seems that it has just been brewed. The eggs are fried, but they turn out to be almost raw. You try to explain to the cook what else is needed, and he stares blankly. Fruits are just watermelons, bananas, and dragonfruit (mangoes and pineapples are out of the question). Vegetables are cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, local herbs in different plates (apparently they put a lot of plates for the volume) and 2 types of salad. Rice with vegetables, noodles, local tasteless manta rays (2 types with fish and meat that I don't understand), no sausages, some kind of cutlet on a stick (the same thing about nothing), boiled 2 types of vegetables, porridge (I didn't eat it, I was just afraid), 5 types of juice, coffee and tea (for some reason it's always cold). I'm certainly not a foodie or a fussy eater. But I've been seeing this in this hotel for 8 days already. The hotel is suitable for Chinese, maybe, but not for Russians. OF COURSE I WON'T come here YET, and I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. I've been to 3 hotels in VIETNAM 4 times, but this is the first time I've seen this.

There are 40 floors in total, rooms up to the 39th. There is a swimming pool on the roof, a restaurant, a fitness center with a steep panorama of the city, a conference and a spa. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Nha Trang, near a lot of establishments and shops with food, fruits, souvenirs, pharmacies. The hotel has poor Internet access, and the neighboring cafes are 50 times better. In general, I liked everything, the staff is friendly. Breakfast is monotonous. It's not far to the beach.

We were in February 2020 without the Chinese)) We took a suite room with a large corner, although the balcony is 10 + meters long, but narrow and stupid, there is also a very strong wind, but the view of the city and the sea is cool. Excellent swimming pool and panoramic view on the 40th floor. Of the cons: poor WiFi in the room, the windows on the balcony have not been washed probably since the opening of the hotel. Not to mention toothbrushes, all sorts of nail files (this is for my wife) disposable razors, which they do not constantly report + two bottles of water for 200mil. the staff is always smiling, the cafe is excellent, the food is +.service +. And believe me, all the unfavorable reviews are about this hotel, it does not reach 5 IN ANY WAY Today we are leaving this hotel! This is one of the worst hotels compared to the 3 kami .. The cleaning is terrible, they don't wash or wipe anything at all!! They forget all the time that they brought a dental kit for 4 days .. They put coffee every other day.. They took the bathrobe out of the room and didn 't bring it to anyone for three days ! There are no beach towels! No one cleans the tables at the hotel, even if you ask them to say no! Stay in the hospital after those who left everything there. The only pleasant thing is that the room stock is not so old and the soft bed is in 2812, I don't know the rest) Well, there was an incident with the safe. It's good that everything was in place, but the sediment remained. No one here will talk to you, much less smile, it's not about them) but nothing has really changed here, as always, it's noisy, fussy and they're bartering on the beach with sun loungers, 100-150 per day per person, and they're always kicking everyone out and being offended))) They don't know how to do massage here.
