We returned from Nha Trang on September 3, 2025. We were very satisfied with the hotel. Great location, everything is within walking distance and prices are much lower than in the center (Lotos). There are a lot of cafes/restaurants/ shops nearby. I recommend the Saphir restaurant, right in the walk next to the hotel - we tried a lot of dishes - everything is delicious and not expensive. We stopped at the hotel on the 10th floor, the room had a view of the neighboring building, the air conditioner was not working well, which was repaired within 1.5 hours. The next day, we changed the room to a room with a balcony (without a sea view), and paid an additional $5 per day. A rope was hung on the balcony, and the laundry dried perfectly for 5-6 hours. The breakfasts are excellent and have different tastes. There is no baking, however, there are 2 types of bread (loaf and toast), as well as jam. Fruits change every day, there are pappaya, passion fruit, watermelon, dragon, agave. The beach is across the street, sun beds are paid, we paid 150 for 2. Very tasty coconuts, I never liked them, but they were bought here every day. The price tag is almost 2-3 times lower than the Tay. Almost no one speaks English, but everyone communicates through a translator. Maxim used taxis, the price tag is ridiculous compared to Russia. I liked the buffets Grill Garden and Shrimp Garden, the SkyLight restaurant and the German restaurant ParkHaus. 4 days before departure, it was discovered that 1 glass cup holder was missing in the room, the reception and staff were informed, of course, it was not found, however, no one billed us for it at the check-out. There's a guy at the reception who speaks good Russian. Despite the previous reviews, I highly recommend this hotel - it is relatively low with nearby buildings, but very comfortable.

I liked the hotel, we had a rest from May 24 to June 3. True, I had to pay a little extra for a nice room, but it had a gorgeous full-length panoramic window with a view of the sea and two double beds, the three of us (mom, me and my daughter) were relaxing, in general, all the girls))).Bed linen and towels were changed every day, cleaning was also daily, quickly and efficiently, there was no sand, no hair on the floor. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, comb were all included in the kit. The air conditioning is excellent, it was set to +24 and we lived comfortably. I liked the breakfast, Pho bo soup, it was five-plus, pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruits (mini bananas, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, lychee, watermelon, plum, guava). The beach across the street is very nice and I fell in love with the South China Sea, warm and gentle) You leave the hotel immediately to the left into the courtyard, there is a cafe Saphir, very tasty smoothies, pancakes and other food are not expensive. If you walk down the street, there is an Ocean cafe, which is also not expensive and delicious. Many people praise the Sailor cafe, but we didn't like it there... Take 30 thousand dong coconuts on the beach, they are very sweet and delicious, ask them to chop as soon as you drink and eat the pulp, it is also very tasty))) We will definitely return to Vietnam, we want to visit Da Nang again.

The price/quality is normal. We lived in a Deluxe and executive room, almost identical. The deluxe seemed a little bigger to me, but the small balcony, plus the fact that the sun doesn't burn when you stand on the balcony, has a view of the neighboring hotel and a bit of the sea. The executive room has a large balcony, the sun is hot in the morning, a view of the sea, a rope was stretched, the laundry was dried. Smoking is prohibited in the room, but it is possible on the balcony, there was an ashtray. The breakfasts were so-so, I didn't get in, but you won't stay hungry, there were pancakes, scrambled eggs, pho bo soup, fruits, drinks, national dishes. The pool is on the 16th floor, small, with several sun beds. The towels were 2 large and two small, changed. The cleaning was, well, so-so, we didn't find fault, gifts in the form of Alyonka did not affect the quality of cleaning. Every day they brought 2 0.25 bottles of water, 2 tea bags, a kettle, mugs in the room, and a mini fridge that was barely cold. There is a shop nearby where they bought water and granulated sugar. The hotel also sells fruits, prices are normal, despite the first line. The beach is across the street. When choosing a room, it is better, of course, to take such rooms, because they have absolutely no specific ones, or choose a simpler number and not expect wow, so as not to be disappointed. on the hotel's website, there are photos of rooms that match In general, I liked the hotel, if you don't find fault, of course, we went to relax, and not to drive around looking for cons.
