We returned from Nha Trang on September 3, 2025. We were very satisfied with the hotel. Great location, everything is within walking distance and prices are much lower than in the center (Lotos). There are a lot of cafes/restaurants/ shops nearby. I recommend the Saphir restaurant, right in the walk next to the hotel - we tried a lot of dishes - everything is delicious and not expensive. We stopped at the hotel on the 10th floor, the room had a view of the neighboring building, the air conditioner was not working well, which was repaired within 1.5 hours. The next day, we changed the room to a room with a balcony (without a sea view), and paid an additional $5 per day. A rope was hung on the balcony, and the laundry dried perfectly for 5-6 hours. The breakfasts are excellent and have different tastes. There is no baking, however, there are 2 types of bread (loaf and toast), as well as jam. Fruits change every day, there are pappaya, passion fruit, watermelon, dragon, agave. The beach is across the street, sun beds are paid, we paid 150 for 2. Very tasty coconuts, I never liked them, but they were bought here every day. The price tag is almost 2-3 times lower than the Tay. Almost no one speaks English, but everyone communicates through a translator. Maxim used taxis, the price tag is ridiculous compared to Russia. I liked the buffets Grill Garden and Shrimp Garden, the SkyLight restaurant and the German restaurant ParkHaus. 4 days before departure, it was discovered that 1 glass cup holder was missing in the room, the reception and staff were informed, of course, it was not found, however, no one billed us for it at the check-out. There's a guy at the reception who speaks good Russian. Despite the previous reviews, I highly recommend this hotel - it is relatively low with nearby buildings, but very comfortable.

I liked the hotel, we had a rest from May 24 to June 3. True, I had to pay a little extra for a nice room, but it had a gorgeous full-length panoramic window with a view of the sea and two double beds, the three of us (mom, me and my daughter) were relaxing, in general, all the girls))).Bed linen and towels were changed every day, cleaning was also daily, quickly and efficiently, there was no sand, no hair on the floor. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, comb were all included in the kit. The air conditioning is excellent, it was set to +24 and we lived comfortably. I liked the breakfast, Pho bo soup, it was five-plus, pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruits (mini bananas, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, lychee, watermelon, plum, guava). The beach across the street is very nice and I fell in love with the South China Sea, warm and gentle) You leave the hotel immediately to the left into the courtyard, there is a cafe Saphir, very tasty smoothies, pancakes and other food are not expensive. If you walk down the street, there is an Ocean cafe, which is also not expensive and delicious. Many people praise the Sailor cafe, but we didn't like it there... Take 30 thousand dong coconuts on the beach, they are very sweet and delicious, ask them to chop as soon as you drink and eat the pulp, it is also very tasty))) We will definitely return to Vietnam, we want to visit Da Nang again.

The price/quality is normal. We lived in a Deluxe and executive room, almost identical. The deluxe seemed a little bigger to me, but the small balcony, plus the fact that the sun doesn't burn when you stand on the balcony, has a view of the neighboring hotel and a bit of the sea. The executive room has a large balcony, the sun is hot in the morning, a view of the sea, a rope was stretched, the laundry was dried. Smoking is prohibited in the room, but it is possible on the balcony, there was an ashtray. The breakfasts were so-so, I didn't get in, but you won't stay hungry, there were pancakes, scrambled eggs, pho bo soup, fruits, drinks, national dishes. The pool is on the 16th floor, small, with several sun beds. The towels were 2 large and two small, changed. The cleaning was, well, so-so, we didn't find fault, gifts in the form of Alyonka did not affect the quality of cleaning. Every day they brought 2 0.25 bottles of water, 2 tea bags, a kettle, mugs in the room, and a mini fridge that was barely cold. There is a shop nearby where they bought water and granulated sugar. The hotel also sells fruits, prices are normal, despite the first line. The beach is across the street. When choosing a room, it is better, of course, to take such rooms, because they have absolutely no specific ones, or choose a simpler number and not expect wow, so as not to be disappointed. on the hotel's website, there are photos of rooms that match In general, I liked the hotel, if you don't find fault, of course, we went to relax, and not to drive around looking for cons. Have a good rest!

A cool, comfortable hotel on the first line. There were no insects during the 2-week stay. I got a room with partial sea view on the 8th floor. Thanks to the staff, they are all very polite and friendly people. I liked the breakfasts, pancakes and eggs were fried in any form as a guest should, a variety of food both in the Asian manner and the European one more familiar to me. Pho bo was the same way. The tea didn't taste good, but there were several lemonades to choose from every morning. I didn't like that the sun beds for my own guests are paid - 100 thousand dong per day. Otherwise, everything is great. I would come here again and take a room with a full sea view with a balcony. The hotel is located in a quiet area in the south, 10 minutes on foot and you are in the center. The beaches are free, the sand is clean, the sea is warm. 👍👍👍

The hotel made a mixed impression. At first, they checked into a room without a window, a practical one, although a completely different number was stated according to the voucher. The window is covered with blinds from the outside and there is no view. The window itself does not open. After contacting the reception, they changed to a very nice room for an extra charge, which I am immensely grateful for. The food wasn't impressive, but you won't stay hungry for breakfast. A big plus is the location. The sea is across the road There are many cafes and shops nearby. The hotel staff is kind of sullen, either tired of tourists, or they're like that on their own. I was lucky with the weather, so I'm generally happy with my vacation.

Excellent 4-star hotel. We traveled with my wife and son, took a family room with 2 large beds. The beds are moderately soft, linen is changed daily, there is a shower cabin in the room. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Not knowing English is not a problem, they speak Russian at the reception. Breakfast, buffet, for different tastes, it is possible to order scrambled eggs or pancakes if you do not want Vietnamese food or what is cooked for the day. On the 16th floor there is a small gym and an outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas. Near the hotel there is everything you need, a laundry, shops, a jewelry store with the possibility of currency exchange, which is not a little important, with a good exchange rate, a place where it is possible to connect a local SIM card and much more. I really liked the hotel. I recommend.

Pros: Rooftop pool, hotel across the street from the sea, nearby massage parlors, 550 rub hour of massage, lots of cafes, shops and shopping centers, there is a place to go out in the evening. Cons: it is very stuffy on the floors and in the elevator, there are no pastries for tea in the morning, there is no coffee in the rooms, only one bag of green tea.

Hello, we stayed at this hotel in August 2025, we were just shocked by the hotel when we arrived and we called it Rygalovo among ourselves.!!! A 2-star hotel at the most!!! The room was very small, the renovation was done, you don't know when, the balcony is very small, the breakfasts are always the same, you have to wait at least 20 minutes for scrambled eggs or pancakes, you can't really choose something to eat, you ate 2 times and never went again!!! Friends stayed at qveen ann, the difference is huge, next time we will choose the hotel more carefully!!!

I put 3, because of the room (large, clean, cleaned every day, linen, towels are changed), windows facing nowhere, on the next wall (although they paid with a view of the city). The food is good, everything is delicious. Do not try to do laundry at the hotel, and if you give it to the laundry, take the receipts (they cheat)!

When I went to the reception desk to sort it out, there were two tourists there, they said they had to pay for a cup holder that had "disappeared" from their room. It's useless to prove something, the employees pretend that they don't understand anything. Since they take your passport as a deposit at the entrance to the reception, you have to pay. This is the most terrible travel experience in my practice. The booking was for city view and we were given a view of the roof, which stank in a room that was even non-smoking. There was no shower stall in the bathroom, just a curtain that sticks to the body during the shower. No slippers, no bathrobe, although they say they have 4. You have to pay for tea in the room. Even for a landing bug. Poor breakfasts . Apart from the trash and a towel, nothing was cleaned or cleaned in the room. On the first day, we wrote and called Pigass partners. Only 1.5 days later, we sent one "smart girl" named Olga, who had only 5 minutes of time. Who didn't even make sure that our room would actually be changed and decided to leave. To my question, and if they don't change, she replied, "be content with what you have," as if we were living for free. I don't recommend this hotel and this agent to anyone.

We had a rest at Regalia for the third time. The usual three-piece. Cleaning is daily, including on Saturday and Sunday. They sprayed the bedclothes with a red look - the reception warned that they would have to pay, as a result, they reported that everything had been washed and "don't do that anymore." The breakfasts are great for me: 6 types of tofu, including stuffed, pho soup, crab soup. Dumplings with shrimp and other goodies are the main thing for me, not rolls with jam, God forgive me. First line, no complaints, no bugs, everything was great!

We lived in an exclusive apartment with a balcony and sea view. Cleaning for 3 + balconies was not washed at all, towels were changed, linen was not changed every day, just refilled.
