Due to the weather, the return flight was postponed from the evening to the morning and we had to urgently look for a place to stay for the night. A couple of hotels near the airport were twice as expensive. I found this hotel on a booking, liked the price, it was quite budget friendly, but I saw that there were a lot of negative reviews about checking in from the booking, so I tried to contact the hotel at first. I called and wrote on WhatsApp, there was no response, an hour later they called me back, confirmed the price and availability of the room. Positive: There is a parking lot The price is low-cost and good The rooms are tiny, but neat. A very nice young man at the reception Cons: Check-in without a contract Only one of the two asked for a passport. (maybe this is normal for Armenia, I'm used to signing contracts) The windows looked out onto some kind of parking lot and woke up several times at night to the noise of cars and voices ( ground floor ) Result: The price-quality ratio is excellent! If you need to urgently find a room for one or two nights, it's a great option. If you are limited in resources, then this is also a great option. But if you come to Yerevan for a tourist purpose, then you should look for a more comfortable hotel with larger rooms and good double-glazed windows.

Unfortunately, the hotel employee does not know his name, but I know that he is studying to be a diplomat and was born in Samara, he fixed it for us. I wanted to add some notes and suggestions for improving the rooms. I noticed that there was no phone to contact the reception. A big minus and a minus one star. Even a housekeeper should have a phone. The shower really lacked a door to avoid flooding the entire floor because our room had a combined bathroom. Also, I really missed the doorhanger (the signs on the door handle) with the inscriptions do not disturb, room cleaning is required, etc. Because when cleaning the room during the stay, but in our absence, the floor was not cleaned. Otherwise, everything was fine. 👍
