I can't attach a photo and leave a review on Google since June 2022!! It feels like the hotel is disputing or Google is skipping bad reviews every other time, horror.
This is a 5 star hotel! It looks good in the photo, but in reality it is terrible. I do not recommend checking in here! Terrible hotel! I am shocked at how professionally Turkish hotels clean reviews on Google. And they are also actively winding them up.
The contingent is mainly Turks, which already says a lot. There were several foreigners who were also shocked by the price-quality discrepancy! People, believe me, the hotel does not cost even 100 euros per night!!
Disgusting impression of this hotel.
We made a big mistake booking for 5 nights.
First of all, we just wanted to be at peace by the sea and relax.
We stopped by on Saturday. Surprisingly, no one warned us that there would be a wedding on Sunday and a noisy party would be held until 00:30 at night. A low-level singer screamed terrible Turkish songs on one note to the whole area, even listening to this music did not give any pleasure. It is possible that hotel guests need to get up early, for example, on an excursion or on a long trip.
But the hotel doesn't give a damn about the guests. It's a pity that in two years the screen has been removed, as the hotel answers the guests' question about a noisy party.
The next thing you don't think about when booking is that you won't have privacy! It's horrible. The balconies are fenced off from each other by small bushes. Each neighbor sees and hears each other from at least five balconies.
If you don't smoke, this hotel will be torture for you. For three days out of five, our neighbors were constantly smoking on the balcony, it was not possible to open the window!
Breakfasts for a hotel of this level are very weak, but the staff in the cafe is friendly, although there are a lot of them and they are almost useless. Sometimes I had to wait for them to just pour water into a glass, because they don't put the bottle on the table (why?).
They didn't tell me anything when they checked in. The only thing is that they have several cafes - that's all.
Wednesday and Thursday were quiet. Apart from the neighbors across the room, who turned on the speaker on the balcony, well, they also smoked often.
In general, the audibility is terrible.
There are not many children, but you can hear them too.
Terrible lighting in the room. The buttons do not respond well to clicks. The light turns on in the toilet at night, bright enough, like a sensor, although it's not necessary at all!! The sensor also triggered itself a couple of times just like that.
Idiotic spots that shine in the face above the bed.
Upon check-out, the hotel management said that if you come back to us again, we will give you a better room.
What didn't you give better at registration, especially as a platinum member, and when we complained about the stink of cigarettes? They also lied like everything was occupied, although in fact half of the rooms were empty.
The service is disgusting, and the hotel itself. I do not recommend this particular hotel to anyone. Although the network is good in other countries. And we won't come back here anymore.
The hotel itself looks modern, but there is no sense from this, terrible balconies, there is absolutely no privacy. Expensive marble on the floor, but why do you need it if you couldn't even take proper care of it! It's the same with everything else in this hotel! It's terrible, that's all.

Nice hotel. The rooms are large, with a beautiful view and a balcony. The breakfasts are excellent, the beach is clean, the sand is fine. Good service on the beach. The skates work well. There were problems with replenishing the room with water, coffee, towels. This is probably the best hotel in the area.

The beach is small and cozy, the food is good, very cozy and a decent spa.
