Today we visited the traumatologist Berik Bakytuly, there are no words, I'm sorry for the time and money spent. I didn't examine Dad, I just said based on the MRI scans that I just needed to operate. Nothing will help. That the treatment is already useless. Dad is 74 years old. Thank God we didn't get lost and went to another doctor, who carefully examined Dad, told and explained everything in detail, prescribed an X-ray of the knee joint, and then prescribed a step-by-step treatment. Nevertheless, I am convinced once again that it is better to trust doctors who have had medical education since the Soviet era.

The doctors are good, but the situation is very stressful: an old building, repairs are neither shaky nor loose. I've been there twice, recently and 1.5 months ago. Externally, nothing has changed. The prices for services are not very high, but if you re-apply later than 10 days later, they are charged as an initial admission, although the course of treatment is at least a month. Because of this, the score is lower than it could be.

I have heard that the RDC has a high rating among the population. Well, I wouldn't say. Of course, there is an opportunity to satisfy the customer's demand and need, but this is not the highest level. There are many specialists, the service is at the proper level. In general, a secondary, private, medical institution. And the prices for something are cheaper than somewhere else, and for something unreasonably high, compared to other alternatives. I rate it 4 out of 5 only because of the prices and the old building. You come there and it's like you got into the USSR. It's fun, but not by the way.

The doctor has such a long experience but could not help in any way.Even with a bunch of pictures and tests on hand, the doctor could not figure it out and make even a presumptive diagnosis.When I was there, she started calling other doctors who, according to her words and description of symptoms, told her what to do.She sent me for a feminine ultrasound and tests and pictures , although I already had a ready - made ultrasound and all the pictures and tests .In general, I was disappointed that an experienced doctor does not know how to work.Maybe someone gets a diagnosis and treatment from this specialist, but this specialist only helped me by sending me to other specialists whom I can go to.
