I came for a consultation with a dermatologist-oncologist with a nevus that began to increase in different directions, change color and tingle. But they don't have a doctor of the right specialty. There is a dermatoscope device, but a very old release without immersion fluid (I'm already silent that in such an organization there simply must be a dermatoscope with a polarizing or cross-polarizing filter) and a doctor who has completed dermatoscopy courses. I was traveling from a distant village to a paid consultation with the hope that they would consult there properly. Dear Chief Physician, please take note of this fact. And treat the health of citizens properly! And then your doctors will not have to say the phrase so often: "We are not Gods", "The more we could, the more we helped", "Walls are treated at home", etc.
