This is the first pilaf center in Tashkent where I wanted to go and... did not get there. When I was advised this place, they indicated the time interval - from 11 to 13 o'clock. But I didn't pay attention to this and there was no pilaf. Well, how can a tourist know that there is such a thing as "opening a cauldron")) No wonder they say that the first lump is a pancake. So for me, the first pilaf in Tashkent ended in a complete fiasco. The next day I called and asked what time the new cauldron would be. Arriving at the right time (17:00), I was finally able to enjoy a real Samarkand pilaf with pie. The pilaf was amazing. Still, you need to come right in time for the opening of the cauldron.
There are no comments on the service. Everything is clear, fast, with oriental attention to the guest. I definitely recommend it. The next time I come to Tash, I'll come here first. Thank you for your hospitality.

The problem with the staff. When visiting this place, there was a large influx of people. There was a paishanba)) There were no seats, they were waiting near the tables) but they still found a place for us. Then the waiters could not figure out for a long time which of them would take us) in general, the guys were great, they were just stunned by such a raid on the institution) therefore, they were lost in the first 15 minutes) then they came to their senses and everything worked well)
If you don't come on Thursday, I'm sure everything will be fine there with seats.
In conclusion, I will say this: I will return to this place 100%. I liked everything! Food, furnishings, service, prices.

I got to them at 18:00. There were no people. The pilaf was brought quickly. The atmosphere is good, quiet, calm and cozy. Perhaps because they managed to eat when there were no people. The service is provided by young guys, not everyone knows Russian well. I asked for a menu, for some reason they said that it was not there. By the evening, not all salads remain available, there were only achichuk, suzma and tomato juice. The average swimmer himself, after reading the positive reviews, thought it would be better. Not ice, but I can't say that I regret the money spent. If it weren't for the low prices for food and service (10%), I would regret coming. I also didn't like the fact that the staff who stands at the cash register makes obscene jokes and obscene words. Spoils the impression of the place.

There are a lot of waiters now, in principle, everyone is in time. It happens that they don't quite understand right away, but this is easily corrected. The service is fast. Once we got to turn off the lights (apparently the famous fan blackouts of Tashkent), but even this time everything was decent. Mostly people come to eat. There are quite a lot of people, especially at lunchtime. The trick is that pilaf with 8 oils has already worn off somehow, there is no mention of it anywhere. But I must say that with an average cost (by region) of a portion of pilaf of 25 thousand soums (and there are cheaper ones) - here you will give twice as much. But at the same time, get delicious pilaf, very tasty meat! I definitely recommend it! But with a slight correction - who saves and the budget does not allow, it's better to pass by, otherwise it will start as always - one star, ridiculous comments about what is expensive... Yes, it is expensive - but worthy.
There is another nuance (maybe I'm wrong) - parking in the mahalla behind the house, it's always hard to find a normal place. And the location is certainly controversial. On the second floor. It's not a problem to find it for the first time, but with questions. But in general, I repeat - for gourmets, the pilaf is notable.
