I've been in 4 times, I think. And each time the pilaf gets better and better. They will soon catch up with a competitor from the other side of the street - SamOsh. Delicious pilaf, soft meat. It's worth working on the tomato sauce. The last time I came in, there was no Onion anzura. Samarkand pilaf without onion anzura is no longer the same consistency of taste. They should always be paired!
