I am a citizen of Uzbekistan, he is a citizen of Moldova, we have a son who is almost 9 years old. I agree that it is necessary to translate all documents from Moldovan into Latin. But they demanded a certificate that you need to go to get only in Moldova. Because we don't have a Moldovan embassy. A certificate stating that he is not married until today. What kind of nonsense is this??? They gave the metrics of the son, gave a certificate of the order of marriage of the 11th year. No, I also need a certificate that he was not married from the 11th year to the 24th. And you need to get it only in Moldova. And how do you get married now??? He doesn't have a stamp in his passport, but that doesn't suit them.

They do not communicate culturally, without rules of etiquette, etc., the only girl near the entrance to the registry office helped solve my problem, thanks to her and only to her.
