Definitely the best hotel in Belek, and possibly in the whole of Turkey! White sand beaches, a huge green area (which has become even bigger and greener since this year), large rooms with walk-in closets, beautiful peacocks, a very cute mini zoo where you can pet rabbits and feed Alpacas, cool children's and teen clubs (the second one is especially valuable, since children's entertainment in Turkey is everywhere in all hotels, and teenagers are most often bored - we only saw our teenager at the Ragnum for breakfast and dinner)). Cool shows and parties for hotel guests. We visited the hotel in August of this year and a year ago. Among the novelties: a brand new luxury water park - the old one has been completely demolished. The territory has become larger due to the opening of a new hotel chain - Regnum Crown, the territory and most of the infrastructure of the hotels are shared, so there is even more space and entertainment. New pier - now there are 3 of them! Cool food court on the territory of Regnum Crown, which can be used by guests of both hotels. I must have forgotten something.… But there is one summary: Ragnum was and remains the best! I am glad that the hotel is developing and becoming even better for its guests!

A magnificent hotel, 5-plus service, a standard room of 60 square meters, twice as large as usual, the food is very tasty, a gorgeous pine grove with a zoo, peacocks walking in the park, fun beach parties, real alcohol in the bar, a very beautiful lobby, the opportunity to use the services of two hotels, you can move around the territory by car buggy, Bulgari cosmetics, delicious ice cream from 10 to 17.00, all kinds of fruits, beautiful sun beds on the beach, everything is indescribable, the rest justifies its price

We came on the recommendation of friends, they vacationed here a few years ago, and were very satisfied. However, they did not understand the delight, a good hotel, but no more. Yes, comfortable rooms with a large dressing room and convenient storage space in the bathroom, good cosmetics, everything you need in the bathroom, the territory itself is large, beautiful, well-groomed and green. Stylish modern interior of the hotel and rooms, without the Armenian luxury. In the room, the TV is hidden in the mirror, which is very convenient.There is a lot of entertainment for children, including a water park, a mini zoo for children, a kids' club for teenagers, a game center, various bars and restaurants, but all are paid a la carte, according to friends who have been here before, it used to be possible to go almost everywhere for free. There are free shuttles in land of legends, but only 4 per day, and previously there were every 15 minutes. They did not change our room upon check-in, although we were ready to pay extra, we were advised to contact the travel agency, but the issue was not resolved. The assistant who was supposed to solve issues related to our stay at votsap does not actually work, does not talk about anything, does not write down or explain, and has not solved almost any problems during our stay, there is something to compare, since before that we were in phaselis, where care really feels from the first moment. There were not enough pillows, blankets, cosmetics at check-in, although the reception was aware of the number of residents and had to ask 2-3 times, and call 888. The waiters are mostly normal, but, indeed, as they say in the reviews, they do not have the habit of cleaning dirty dishes, including surprisingly that they fit, They pour drinks, but they don't pay attention to the used appliances and leave. There are very comfortable sun beds with a pillow for your head on the beach, lots of beach towels on every corner, in unlimited quantities, no one requires cards or restricts receipt, but the service is lame, there are few employees and you can't wait for them, there are no quarkodes and there are no buttons on the sun beds either. The Wi-Fi on the beach is bad.The sand is cold, Maldivian. There are three Piers, you can use the infrastructure of the neighboring Regnum Crown hotel, but nothing was said about this, we found out ourselves during the rest. The choice of alcohol is not very impressive, for a hotel of this level it is more than modest. The food is decent, the choice is wide enough, the breakfasts are standard, not impressive, nothing special. The SPA is decent, but there is a confusing system of entrances and exits. By the time you get from the sauna to the pool, you will get lost ten times. There are few sports-related activities, for a hotel of the declared level, for sure, everything starts late and ends early, and it's also very unpleasant to actually practice yoga on the aisle between the toilets and the gym, it's a meditative practice that requires privacy, while on the one hand the music from the adult pool is blaring, children are screaming, and men are panting in the outdoor gym.Overall, it's impressive, but in my opinion, it's not worth the money, I don't recommend it, it's better to go to Angie Fazelis or Max Royal. We definitely won't be coming back.

A super Luxury hotel rested here in the fall of 2023. Everything is cool in it, great territory, awesome food, cool interior and super service. Staying at this hotel is really great, but I advise you to go here in October, as it is cheaper and less crowded than in summer, and the weather is more comfortable. Of the cons, probably the only thing is that it is no longer the newest, although it has now been updated, so there are actually no cons anymore.

The shows start a little late... but we're not amateurs. I liked what we saw, though. The main disadvantage is management... it's a failure at this point. No one explains anything about restaurants, Ala kart, generally a madhouse. They threw off the table, it's not clear what's paid and what's free. We went poking ourselves, the hostesses in these restaurants don't know anything either. While we were staying at the hotel, the concept of the restaurant changed)))) it has become paid!!!! Well, guys, it's not serious. I don't mind 30€, we just moved into the same concept, let's live in it, is this a global loss for you?? No one warned me!!! They haven't asked for it yet, and they haven't asked. They came to the restaurant, they say it's for money..... we turned around and left)) There is a missing map of the hotel, with the designation of restaurants. I was born in the USSR, I need a card)))) In phaselis it was a Real chat, where they asked me what questions I had, difficulties, maybe where to write me down We talked about the masterclasses. It was nice. In short, refine 🩷🩷 and you will be happy. Well, the beach is without talking, gorgeous. Everything is fine. The bad reviews are not justified or objective. I recommend the hotel. But management needs to be educated.

We are happy with everything) Two beautiful hotels on the same territory, delicious and varied food, service culture, white sand beaches. And the new Regnum is nearby, its good Spa is beyond praise. That's the hotel we're definitely going back to. The only thing is a very weak winter entertainment concept. I would like to spend more quality leisure time.

My favorite hotel! We have been vacationing here for 4 years in a row and more than once. Big, spacious, lots of greenery, fun for kids! The new water park is just great! The kids' club is awesome. Delicious! The staff is very helpful. Nothing has changed in the old building after the renovation. The rooms are very tired. The sockets are loose. The plumbing is old, the cleaning is so-so. The mini bar is boring. But considering that you only come to the room to spend the night, it doesn't bother you much. I love this hotel.

Handsome Regnum!!!After reading negative reviews before the trip, I was terribly upset that we were going to such an expensive hotel and with such terrible quality, but!!!!Having arrived and looked around, I was captivated by him.We lived in room 4131 on the 4th floor, the room is lovely and large with a huge King size bed and an extra bed for a child!A spacious bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a comfortable dressing room, a good mini bar, the child appreciated all sorts of goodies!Yes, the hotel is not new, there is no such novelty as in Callinan, but it is very green, with its own zoo, a beautiful beach with white sand, only Lujo had such a beach, a wonderful dining room, the waiters are just a cannon, everyone is trying very hard and for a small tip they are ready to blow away specks of dust from you!For me, the minus is only in food and fruits, here the hotel has a very weak side, there are few fruits, although the fruit slicer there is a miracle, how good!Avocado is not available to ask, it is not freely available 😳we did not go to a la carte, maybe I don't know in vain 🤷🏻♀️ the alcohol is excellent, Remy Martin and whiskey Singleton, at least drink up!We also had a child sick right before the trip and all the medicines that I took for this case quickly ran out, and we went to guest relations for help, the amazing and wonderful Regina, about whom a lot of enthusiastic reviews have been written, she offered to buy medicines directly with delivery to the hotel, and at normal prices,Thank her very much 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻Such an employee is just a diamond for the hotel. We had a rest in September, a very good hotel, really 5 stars. Cleanliness in the rooms, which is very important. A large number of restaurants for every taste. We chose a restaurant on the 1st floor of the main building, the food is high-quality, varied, and the service is very friendly. We were lucky with the waiters, I would really like to thank the waiters of this restaurant, Mustafa and Leila, who are always friendly, in a good mood, and happy to do their job. The beach is good, the entrance to the sea is sand. The beach is well cleaned, clean. You can walk from the hotel to the sea or take a buggy. There are many pools. The territory of the hotel is huge. Since 2018, I have been staying at this hotel regularly — in my opinion, this is one of the best options in Belek. The staff is always attentive and friendly, a small farm on site adds comfort and atmosphere. The cuisine is excellent: the dishes are delicious and varied almost every day. The cocktails are decent, the rooms are kept clean. I haven't noticed any significant changes since the restoration, but everything I need is functioning properly. On the downside, I would like to mention the limited amount of entertainment — there are covers in the Green Bar in the evenings, but the program is quite monotonous, and the vocal level often leaves much to be desired. There are few leisure options for young people, and the Game Center is open only for an additional fee. Fast Track to the airport has been paid for since 2025, which was not announced in advance. A surcharge is also required for the second beach bag. During the last visit, room cleaning was less regular than usual, and the replenishment of hygiene supplies and a minibar was minimal. You can only eat late at night at Shamrock, which offers mostly snacks, and a full menu is available for a fee and with a limited selection. I would like to see a more diverse range of ice cream. Overall, this is a great hotel to return to, but there are points that can be improved.

Territory: Stunning, well-maintained territory Lots of greenery and beautiful landscaping A wide range of activities for the whole family Excellent organization of children's entertainment Rooms: Always clean and cozy , Regular cleaning Comfortable furniture Good repair There are all necessary accessories Food: Varied and delicious Lots of meat dishes Excellent choice of desserts Always fresh fruits and vegetables A good bar card Probably one disadvantage was that there were not enough soups - in Russian. Service: Attentive staff Quick resolution of any issues Professional animators High-quality restaurant service Water park and entertainment: A huge water park with different slides Nice beach Lots of sports activities Evening shows and entertainment On the downside: It can be crowded in high season. Wi-Fi is not always fast. Why am I coming back: Consistently high level of service Excellent conditions for holidays with children Good organization of all processes Convenient location A wide range of entertainment options The hotel definitely deserves a 5/5 rating. Two large swimming pools, a well-maintained beach with Maldivian sand, deck chairs with comfortable soft mattresses. A top-class hotel, the first time we had a rest like this.Lots of locations and entertainment. We went to concerts and performances in the evening. Everything is at the highest level. During the day, you can play volleyball, tennis, ping pong, there is a zoo for children, a children's room with toys, and several playgrounds. Electric cars are moving around the territory. Peacocks and goats were pleasing. The food is like in the best restaurants, a huge assortment of ready-made dishes, fruits, meat, fish, including red,sushi, a butcher's shop, a cheese shop, several coffee shops with delicious coffee, elegant alcoholic drinks for those who love. There are always tables available.The beach has white sand, the sea is clean, there are several pools, including with a wave. It's hard to list everything. The G20 summit was held in this hotel in 2015, and our president was there. I highly recommend it, drive safely, met expectations by 200%.

This is not the first time we have come, there is something to compare it with. Of all the top hotels, our family likes this one the most. Large territory - there is a place to walk. There was even a mini-farm/petting zoo. After the renovation, the kids' club has become simply wonderful, large, excellent staff, there is a room for sleeping and many thematic workshops. I had a vacation here in January and March 2024, everything is at the highest level. The food is excellent, there is a huge selection of fish and meat, lots of greens, fruits and berries, and you need to write a separate review about desserts. The rooms are bigger and quiet (you can't hear the neighbors at all). Large beautiful territory, 2 large heated outdoor pools. The drinks in the bar are good, the alcohol is imported. Excellent fitness, there is everything you need. A whole city has been built for children. It is currently undergoing reconstruction and new buildings are being built, it is a pity not to get there this winter and spring, only in summer.

We stayed in this beautiful hotel in May!! We were sooooo satisfied!! Top-level service, staff, territory, entertainment and food!! We were greeted with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries! Valeria ( special thanks ) I explained everything. The beach, the loose white sand, is very beautiful!! In my opinion, the best on the entire coastline. The service on the beach is a delight, they bring you before you even have time to finish and finish eating!! I recommend it to everyone!! Oh, by the way, the rooms are great! Large beds, a wardrobe with everything you need, a mini bar that is replenished every day. We will definitely come back!!

The hotel absolutely does not meet the stated standard. Requests were sent to the hotel 2 weeks before check-in. Upon arrival, there was nothing in the room, to which the hotel replied with beautiful letters that everything would be fine. Shabby old furniture with burrs, stains. There is no set of towels in the room, no shampoo, no soap, no beach bag ... the bed is not prepared for the child (the child is 8 years old), although this was written to the hotel in advance. As a result, they change our number with assurances that they will fix everything. We spend 4 hours by the pool, check into a new room, and there it is again the same as in the first one. 1 towel for 2... and there's nothing... just newer furniture. At the main pool, while waiting for a new room, which was not ready, we ordered drinks and waited for 20 minutes. As a result, we went to the bar ourselves... the area is beautiful. Well, upon arrival, you will be greeted by a Prosecco martini, for lam per week. Dinner at the main restaurant. There is no seafood, not even shrimp. Overcooked fish, and the same meat, tortillas, Turkish-style pizza, pickles, cucumbers, I found on the children's table, the choice of desserts is large (but who needs them). That's where all the variety ends.

Regnum Carya is a hotel that has unfortunately lost its name and level. When reviews write about cleanliness in the rooms, and they praise it, the question arises: "What could be different???" Cleanliness everywhere is the norm, actually. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. But the people in the room spend a little time being on vacation. We're moving around the hotel. Being by the pool, we appreciate the convenience and cleanliness of the sun beds, the saturation of the water with chlorine, the work of waiters and bartenders. On the beach - the cleanliness of the beach, the work of the bartender, animators. During a meal- the taste of food. Yesterday we went to all the bars and, as usual, ordered 2 cocktails everywhere on trial - Mojito and Bloody Mary. In none of the bars have these simple cocktails been made for at least 3. There is no crushed ice for Mojitos and have not heard of it here. We were offered Nachos as an appetizer for cocktails. The bartender girl took a bowl from a stack of bowls, shook out the crumbs and poured nachos into it for us. An interesting approach. Drinking cocktails from plastic beer glasses is not pleasant at all. Beautiful disposable glasses have long been invented, and the tubes are simply the simplest. We passed this information on to a personal assistant. Let's see... I'll say right away that we are not picky guests. We always check the hotel for details. There is a large selection of food for lunch. Meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, meat delicacies, many types of cheese, desserts. But this is also the norm for 5 stars and a hotel that positions itself as luxury all. The children's mini club is large, animators work with children. The territory is large and green. In general, the hotel is not bad for a one-time visit, but as someone writes 20 times comes here, we will not return. There are many other hotels where all the indicators are higher and better. The hotel is moving out on the former greatness and service that was many years ago. The poor work of the management staff is now being felt.

The hotel is contradictory - on the one hand, it is a huge well-groomed and beautiful territory, but it is difficult to walk on it, since countless buggies constantly drive along the same road with you. Cool rooms and the hotel itself, but about this wifi is like in a backwoods three-way street, barely catching the signal Delicious food in a variety of restaurants, but at the same time there was no service, for example, for breakfast I had to clean up the dishes for other guests and get appliances to sit at a table, since the waiters were busy with other things all the time. Drinks for lunch / dinner are brought only after repeated reminders. The sunbeds do not have QR codes, although this is the standard for such hotels, and there were no waiters, I had to go to the bar on my own. The glasses in the room were changed for 5 days of stay only after contacting the reception. Well, I also can't help but note that these are prices for additional services and goods, they are simply inadequate - for example, it costs 600 euros a day to rent a pavilion on the pier, while in a direct competitor, which is completely higher, it costs 200 euros and another bottle of champagne is given as a gift. As a result, the pavilions were empty on every day of our arrival. The conclusion is that the hotel is good for unspoiled customers, but if you compare it with direct competitors, then it loses to them to the nines.

A year ago, when we were vacationing here, there were already questions and complaints about the renovation of the villas, they have long required updating. But the hotel management promised us that by the 2025 season all the villas will be renovated and the renovation of the Regnum Crown Hotel, which is in the immediate vicinity, will be completed. Having trusted the hotel, we pay for everything for half a year and invite friends. And what do we get when we arrive at the hotel on May 1, 2025? The golf course is closed! It's a complete disappointment. For the sake of fairness, I just want to mention the highest level of work of our butler Sergat and villa manager Ugur - they are doing everything possible to brighten up our vacation. Well, for the guys in the boar service, of course, a separate respect. My main complaint to the hotel management is why are you selling the hotel when it is completely unprepared to receive guests? You sell at the same time for the full price! Why can't we honestly warn that construction is in full swing and half of the infrastructure is simply not functioning?

A wonderful ultra all-inclusive hotel. Before that, we had been to many premium hotels in Turkey, such as Maxx Royal Belek, Rixos, etc., the Regnum seemed very decent both in terms of rooms and level of service, food, territory, etc. We were out of season (February), so we can't give a review about the quality of the embankment. Overall a good hotel. A very large territory, delicious food, lots of entertainment for children. Now it is a hotel for golfers. The owner's family owns the Opec oil and gas holding. Golf courses National, Carya, Regnum Bodrum are included in the structure of the hotel business. A wonderful golf hotel, especially for those who want to learn and don't know where to start in golf. You just need to arrive at Regnum, go to the Golf counter in the lobby of the hotel and sign up for a trial lesson. There's no turning back- you'll be playing golf. Everything is organized in a way that you can't help but like. The owner and his wife play golf, so they do everything for the hotel guests as for themselves. You can easily meet them at the Oliva central restaurant for dinner - there is no pathos around them and a crowd of guards. Their whole life and work is set up in such a way that you just want to come up, wish them a good evening and say Thank you from the bottom of your heart.

I stayed at the hotel in July 2025. I want to say that the hotel was very disappointing. It's just a disgusting service for a lot of money. The service in this hotel is for a maximum of 2*. There are no waiters on the beach. If you find one after three or four hours of staying , then you should be happy . And if you ask him to bring you something else, he shows you a place where you can get it. The food is tasteless, they cook the same thing every day. Restaurant service is a different story. Dirty dishes are not removed from the table. Drinks are not brought. If they arrive, it's with long delays or not what you ordered. Room cleaning is about nothing. Towels are changed once a day in the morning. They change the bed linen every other day, but the pillowcases don't change. The bar is refilled every few days. Shampoos and shower gels must be requested separately to be brought. You get to the beach and back by car, you need to wait under the heat for up to 5-6 minutes. Along the way, the driver can safely pick you up and transfer you to another car and go on with other business. We will definitely not return to the hotel. We really regretted that we did not go to our beloved Maxx royal, where the amazing service and customer orientation are at the highest level!

You have to beg for everything!!! There is no service in this hotel!!!! Dirty dishes are not cleaned in the restaurant, you can't get a waiter on the beach and pool. Saving on everything. Yes, everything is there, but everything must be begged for. There are no assistants, go to the reception for every question. The hotel removed the fast track without warning. The information on the website so far is that it is there, but it costs € 130 per person. Here's a surprise. They took my personal card from the light from my room, I wrote for 2 days, they never returned it, they said they didn't find it, no apologies. They didn't give me a beach bag at check-in, nor a children's set, nor an extra set of towels-you also have to ask for everything. The towels are ancient, I haven't seen this for a long time. Yes, the food in the main restaurant is great. Ala maps are all paid. I don't know what the phenomenon of this calving is, why such a price tag is not worth the money. The service in Kulinan is much better, for less money. Well, there's no comparison with Max at all.

This hotel does not pull in 5 stars. And this is not a premium segment at all. No one is waiting for you here and is not interested in you, the staff is indifferent and boorish. There was chewing gum and hair and garbage from previous guests in the room upon arrival. For 2 weeks, we could not replace the broken umbrella in the patio area of the room. The furniture on the premises is old. Metal uncomfortable chairs of decent age with black spots on the mesh seat. Or metal rods in the aqua entertainment area . They heat up in the sun and the children get burned. There should not be such a thing in a hotel of the declared level. The beach bar does not serve well either. I do not share my enthusiasm about nutrition. There are clearly problems with this. The situation is slightly smoothed out by the presence of aqua entertainment - slides, artificial waves, kayaks. Oh, and there's a construction site nearby. The second building is being built. Dust and sounds of construction. The general impression is that you are not welcome in this hotel, and you will not be able to enjoy your rest in it either.
