We had a vacation with a 4-year-old child. It was wonderful! I initially knew that we were going to one of the best hotels in Turkey, so I had no doubt that we would like it. We visited the Regnum hotel complex back in 2016 and 2018. A gorgeous new hotel has been built right now! At the time of our vacation, only 3 months had passed since the opening date. The new hotel has preserved all the best of the old Caria and has become even cooler and more modern! Excellent staff, no problems with the language. The cuisine is diverse, and how delicious!!! We didn't visit the hotel's restaurants, although it was "ultra all inclusive", just because our main restaurant, Daphne, on the minus 1st floor, served us so well that we didn't want to go anywhere else! We regretted after each meal that we couldn't taste all the dishes that were offered to us - there was simply nowhere else to eat))) It feels like the best chefs and chefs have been invited to the hotel! The pastry chefs are some kind of magicians, absolutely amazing desserts - they are incredibly delicious and incredibly beautiful and aesthetic. A new concept of eateries outside the main restaurants: shawarma, fruits, ice cream, and a bunch of other snacks right on the beach in separate small pavilions.… A completely new fitness format with the latest fitness equipment, and equipment that I have never even met before. Apart from Karia, Crown itself has 2 fitness centers (on the roof and in the jungle), both with stunning views, a magnificent spa complex, the well-maintained territory of two hotels has now become even larger, and an interesting water park for both adults and children. The entertainment program is fantastic! According to my calculations, the permanent troupe of artists and technical staff at the shows/performances is more than 200 people! These include shows at swimming pools, children's shows, evening shows, and night discos. Everything is interesting, bright, colorful, diverse! The beach is the coolest! There are QR codes on the umbrellas, you order, and 2 minutes later the order is on your table next to the chaise longue. The kids' club is beyond praise. The girls and boys did great, they found an approach to the kids! And, of course, water activities at sea are also in full growth! New jet skis and more! The staff is awesome everywhere! We are absolutely thrilled! It was a wonderful vacation. Many thanks to all those who are part of this hotel complex, permanently or seasonally. We decided that next year we will return to Crown again, but we will take more members of our family with us)

The hotel is the best possible, a gorgeous area with a pine park, a zoo with alpacas, peacocks walking in the park, modern rooms, excellent service, food beyond all praise, the pools are very beautiful, soft sun beds, delicious cocktails, lots of fruits all day, ice cream, funny shows, beach parties, price = quality, we are thrilled, the atmosphere is festive

I really liked it, you will open a second hotel in March I will come to you The room cleaning service didn't limp much (there was always some kind of jamb) I had to call 555 all the time, but they solved it instantly The atmosphere is very friendly, there was no waiting for an order anywhere, an abundance of food at the Max Royal level, and of course the space interior! The room is lovely, the restaurants are "a la carte", delicious. All the managers always tried to help. We are happy, it's just a pity that the weather let me down a little and I got sick, but everything went away at the end of the rest. Hotel 5, managers 5+!!! See you in March

The hotel has completely deteriorated. The service is zero: - you check in, there are no towels. You need to call the reception separately. We waited for 4 hours. - the cleaning is very bad - they forget to replenish the bar - you can't get enough waiters - the rooms are sealed - the service is generally zero "the cocktails are terrible But the main restaurant is very tasty!
