A mid-level hotel, old furniture in the rooms, our air conditioning did not work and the TV did not show channels, the doors to the rooms with an ordinary key, elevators like in Soviet nine-story buildings, with a sharp twitch at the start and on the descent, it is clear that the hotel has long been in need of renovation and repair. 1) Terrible sound insulation, if someone comes out of the next room at night, you will immediately wake up.
2) There was someone else's hair on the bed when checking in
3) There was no dental abacus and toothpaste available, the request at the reception to find at least some kind of brush and toothpaste was not successful.
4) For two guests, one small bottle of water. We lived there for 3 days, for all 3 days - 1 bottle
5) There is no remote control from the air conditioner, so there is no way to turn it on. (the reception claimed that the remote control is still in the room, but this is not the case)
6) There is no remote control from the TV, but even turning it on through the instrument panel, there are no working channels, only interference ( (at the reception they claimed that the remote control is still in the room, but this is not the case).
7) After the first night, a friend's sister was supposed to arrive, and we left at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, and left a booklet about the need to clean the room and change the linen with a towel. As a result, nothing was done, and there was no cleaning as such.
8) After standing in the shower for 2 minutes, the water was ankle deep. (bad flush)
I wouldn't go into all this if it wasn't a 4-star hotel. This hotel has a maximum of 2 stars.

Номера старые, обслуживание тоже не на высоте, при выезде не смгогли вылать документы, потому что бухгалтер куда то уехала, хотя время выезда заявлено 12-00 и документы должны быть готовы. Взяли номер, обещали перезвонить как будут готовы, звонка не поступило, в итоге пришлось возвращаться и требовать документы. В номерах ничего нет кроме мыла и полотенец. Планируете останавливаться, готовьте мыльно рыльные принадлежности заранее.

Заселились сюда, т.к. остальное получше всё было занято. Гостиница в Советском стиле. Холл, коридор, лифт, всё сохранилось оттуда. Номер относительно неплохой.
Разочаровал завтрак. Выбор минимален. Пополнять этот выбор забывает официантка, которая сидит в телефоне. Столы грязные по той же причине.
Кондей, холодильник, вай-фай, телевизор работали. Душ - наполовину. Хамам не работал.
Переночевать можно. Но, будь выбор, я бы выбрал получше.

It's beautiful outside, inside the rooms are old repairs, broken furniture, torn wallpaper, the only bathroom is more or less. The breakfasts are good and the staff is excellent. There is a smell in the room.

Неплохое расположение. Приветливый персонал. Так себе завтраки за грязными столами. Доплатили за номера со свежим ремонтом, номер большой, комфортный, но грязный пол в ванной, чужие волосы везде. Кафе работает только на завтрак, вечером закрыто. Хамам есть, но не работает.
На просьбу из-за раннего отъезда организовать завтрак на 30 минут раньше, все было оперативно организовано.

Сотрудники отеля стараются. Но стараниями невозможно исправить прожжёный диван, отсутствие пробок в раковинах, подушку из комков синтипона. Кондиционер еле дышит, интернет не работает, хотя он есть. В лифте при каждом трогании выскакивают внутренности. Хозяину этот отель просто не нужен, это видно по фасаду и покосившейся, не крашенной стелле. Всё старое и сильно поюзанное, известковые отлажения везде на сантехнике. В общем, если есть возможность, выбирайте другой отель.

На втором этаже номера свежие, на третьем несколько изношенные. Завтраки слабые, обслуживание на завтраках тоже желает лучшего. Если подтянут организационные вопросы то хороший бюджетный вариант.

Цена не соответствует сервису. Гостиница в целом заметно старое здание, напоминает те гостиницы которые были в начале 2000х. На ресепшене желательно "нарядить" в белую рубашку парней. В номерах мебель отреставрировать подкрасить (покрыть лаком) и к однообразию привести, если стул то пара, а не 2 разных стула. Так же уборка, ковры в шерсти.

Сам отель очень просторный,но необходимо освежить его,хотя бы обновить номера,убрать старые ковры с комнат,не врать с фото реальной комнаты в букинге.

Никогда не снимайте здесь номер. Время 00:40 номер на втором этаже. Орет музыка. Причем орать начала примерно с 8 утра и до сих пор орет. У них конференц зал рядом с номерами на 2-ом этаже. И они сдали его в аренду и разрешили музыку на полную громкость до скольки не знаю, но в 00: 40 19:03.23 она орет, бьёт битами. В Караганду прохлаждаться на пляже вряд ли кто-то приезжает. Селятся здесь командировочные, но владельцам все равно не комфорт жильцов, они взяли деньги и с нас и с них. Разбирайтесь сами, типа.

Then, literally an hour later, he left for the whole day, but the room remained unmade. After 3 days, he asked to clean the room himself, because even no one broke in that day. As a result, they came, somehow made the bed, took out the trash, but did not change the towels (which are already the 4th day).
More or less only breakfast, there is something to eat.

Ожидал чуть большего от обслуживания в отеле в плане лояльности к клиенту. Приехали несколько человек в рамках командировки (пара руководителей и пара специалистов). Жили двое суток,кто-то более. Заранее предупреждал, что будем выезжать около 06:15 в аэропорт. Нам пообещали, что приготовят "завтрак с собой" (девушки). По факту даже кофе не смогли налить (молодого человека просил свечера хотя бы кофе).
И в некотрых номерах матрасы неудобные. Разочарованы. Повторно останавливаться уже не будем.

Гораздо ниже заявленных 4* звёзд. После давнего ремонта похоже не убирали. Необязательность завтраков вовремя, их весьма скромный ассортимент. Администратору респект - старается все отладить.

Хорошая, удобная и комфортная была гостиница! Но с этим новомодным вирусом, немного обнищала - холодильники не работают, телевизоры тоже, работают не во всех номерах хорошо (говорю о тех номерах, в которых я останавливалась), сливы в душе забиты - не комфортно. А ведь раньше я любила здесь останавливаться.

Неплохая гостинница, хорошие завтраки, нормальное постельное, красивый зеленый холл с водопадом, на тройку тянет. Ходили в хамам, неплохо. Под окном мечеть, недалеко парк.
