During business trips, we stay at the Reikartz Park Hotel. The staff is always polite, friendly and ready to provide all possible assistance in solving emerging issues. Always attentive to the needs of the guests! The rooms are spacious, always clean, daily cleaning. There is everything you need. Breakfast (buffet style) is served in the restaurant on the ground floor. I have a very pleasant impression of the hotel! I want to come back again! I wish the entire staff of the hotel prosperity and well-being!

The rooms are great. We were in October, there is hot water, tea set, bottled water, safe, refrigerator. Cleanliness, the staff is very friendly, they suggested and helped a lot. The location is wonderful, close to all iconic places, within walking distance.

Nice hotel, the room is spacious. The location of the hotel is convenient, you can take a quiet walk, walk to the malls.The dining room is very good, a variety of food for breakfast. There is a restaurant on the ground floor. It was the first time we were in Kazakhstan, Astana. And there are many cafes and canteens nearby. The food in Astana is sooo delicious, the portions are huge and simple. There is a construction site all around, the city is growing! I really liked it!!!

Well, such a thing. The whole hotel is laid with cheap tiles. Like in the toilet. The hum in the corridors, the echo. If a suitcase is being rolled down the corridor, then the whole hotel can hear it. Problems with locks in the rooms. Sometimes the cards don't work, you go back and forth to magnify them, then, on the contrary, the doors don't close. One day she came, and the door to my room was wide open. That is, in my absence, the lock opened and the door swung open. Nothing was stolen, but it felt disgusting. Because it was evening, there were no technicians. They refused to change my room, even for a smaller category. It was scary to sleep, but the door can open not only during the day. There are no chains or stoppers on the doors.
The rooms themselves are huge (why?), with some creepy antediluvian dark-colored furniture. The mattresses are terrible, it's uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast in the Georgian restaurant downstairs. Poor thing. The restaurant itself is good, we had dinner there all the time, but the breakfast is very modest. I can't recommend the hotel.

A decent hotel. Clean, neat. The room has everything you need. The rooms are cleaned daily. The staff responds to requests instantly. On the ground floor there is a Georgian rastoranchik. Convenient location near Abu Dhabi. Good morning breakfasts.
One of the minor drawbacks is that there is a karaoke bar in this building and on weekends you can hear a little music at night. However, if you want to light it, then you don't have to go far.
Of the advantages, it is worth emphasizing once again the attentive work of the guys at the reception and the maids. Thanks and good luck.

I've never seen a worse hotel. And I was surprised by the shabby walls, tired surroundings and unfriendly staff, these are all flowers, compared to the fact that their canteen is on the 2nd floor (the room was on the 3rd)... so, they fry everything there in the smoke of fat and smoke, and all this rancid smell stood in the corridors and in the room...We all smelled of it through and through and ran off to another hotel the next morning. And, also, in the evening we went to their SPA. We went in and saw that this is a communal pool (entrance for all residents of the city from the other side)There are a lot of people in a small pool and you won't believe it! But there is a mini bar in this pool where they also fried their stinky pies!!! And there was the same chad in the pool!!! Just ugh!

I want to recommend this wonderful hotel. It is located in a beautiful location, within walking distance of the shopping center and the sights of the city. The hotel itself is extremely beautiful in its architecture and is seen from a far distance, so wherever you are, you will find it from afar. And there is a place to walk here and where. The lobby of the hotel is cozy, very attentive and courteous girls at the reception. Morning breakfasts are served in the restaurant, where there is always light music and a delicious variety of dishes. A nice cute waitress Bigaisha kindly greets, invites and, upon request, prepares delicious coffee at will and of your choice. There are: salads, assorted vegetables for hot side dishes, fresh pastries and drinks, juices.
The room I lived in is clean, the bed linen is snow-white, the mattresses are excellent. The dream was good. There is everything for a normal stay. The only thing is that the room requires cosmetic repairs. There is no dressing gown hanger in the bathroom. The staff is polite and attentive. I advise everyone to stay at the Reikartz Park Astana Hotel when you visit an extraordinarily beautiful city with its magnificent architecture, spacious avenues and kind people

Good price-quality ratio. The hotel is located near the main attractions of Astana.
One of the advantages is the delicious breakfasts in the restaurant on the ground floor. Special thanks to the chefs for the delicious cheesecakes. The rooms are clean enough. Friendly and helpful staff.
One of the disadvantages is that we didn't work out with the air conditioners.. he began to leak in one room, was moved to the second - there he did not cool the air at all. Also, the Internet is very bad, the signal is very bad.

Nice hotel in the city center. There are two restaurants in the same building with the hotel, Turandot Chinese cuisine and Stamuri Georgian cuisine. Breakfast is served in a Georgian restaurant. There is a Botanical garden nearby and, accordingly, a 4km treadmill around it (this is for those who jog in the morning)

I didn't like it right away, you come in and immediately the smell of dampness is even stronger in the rooms. The rooms are tired and shabby. The breakfasts are great in a nearby restaurant where music is blaring at night, which can be clearly heard in the room even on the 4th floor. I spent two nights without getting enough sleep. The staff is good, the location is in the center, all the sights are within walking distance. But it doesn't pull at its stars even next to it.

Well, it doesn't pull at 4 stars at all. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, there is karaoke in the hotel, it is not possible to fall asleep until 2-3 nights. It's hot in the room, and if you open the windows, you can listen to karaoke half the night. Well, such a thing. The buffet, alas, does not correspond to the photos, the variety is -0, the quality of the food is the same. It seems that the hotel chain in Almaty is an excellent hotel, but alas, I do not advise it in the capital.

The location of the hotel is excellent, but everything else requires major repairs! The rooms for a hotel of this class are large and spacious bed/crib! I'm not going to this Ritz Carlton anymore!

The old room stock, traces of dampness are visible on the walls, the doors are broken, they do not close well. It doesn't pull 4 stars. It was somehow uncomfortable to spend the night there. The breakfasts were downstairs in a Georgian restaurant, where there was a smell of old things (my opinion).

Отелю, прямо скажем, не хватает ухоженности. Широкие коридоры, просторные номера, уютный ресторанчик... Но всему этому не хватает вдумчивого ухода. В первом номере, в котором жил, шланг смесителя хоть и был замотан изолентой, все равно тек. На потолке не хватало одной из секций плинтуса (отвалилась, по ходу). Унитаз не был закреплен к полу. За скудный набор телевизионных каналов по нынешним спутниковым временам должно быть стыдно...
Во втором номере телевизионный кабель был испорчен, поэтому даже наличествующие каналы показывали нечетко. Неудобно расположенный смеситель в ванне постоянно заливал пол...
В общем, как-то на заявленные четыре звезды не тянет...

Ребята, очень грустно что у вас все лишь на первый взгляд прикольно. Интернет в номере не ловил, чтобы поработать приходилось спускаться вниз. Розетки выворочены так, что ты втыкаешь вилку на свой страх и риск. И больше всего меня «убило», что когда я попросила заглушку, чтобы набрать воды в ванну, меня сначала попросили подождать 15 минут и мне принесут, а потом позвонили и сказала- у нас не предусмотрено такое….😳😳😳 утюг искала по этажам, где то в коридоре…, не нашла, пока уже не спустилась на ресепшен и не попросила принести. Город сильно покорил, а вот с проживанием как то мне не повезло в этот раз…🙁

Персонал внимательный и вежливый.
Чисто убираются. Интерьер/ремонт качественный, не уставший, но старого стиля, конца 90х. Рабочий стол не освещен, вечером за ноубуком работать было трудно. Все работало. Вайфай всегда работал.
Завтрак не берите - выбора почти нет, что разобрали - не пополняют. Выпечка встречалась подсохшая.
Отель может чуть дороже, чем стоило бы. Где-то между тремя и четырьмя звездами.

Должны были прожить в отеле неделю, но на третий день отключили горячую воду. Администрация об этом знала заранее, так как это было плановое отключение, но при бронировании об этом не сказали ни слова. Никакой альтернативы предложено не было. на ресепшене девушка не знала что отвечать, заикалась, молчала и смущалась. Жара была на пике и оказаться без возможности помыться было ужасно . Попросили хотя бы тазик и ковш, чтобы развести в номере кипяток, благо чайник в номере был, на что получили гордый ответ, что здесь все-таки гостиница 4 звезды и никаких тазиков у них нет. Съехали раньше времени

ПОКУСАЛИ КЛОПЫ!!!!!!!. Люди, подумайте сто раз прежде чем бронировать номер!!!!!
Никаких оценок этому месту не буду давать. Это хостел, не отель. 6.07 ночью заехали в стандартный номер за 6-7 тысяч рублей переночевать на пару часов после длительного перелета. Ожиданий от отеля не было, важно было выспаться.
Нас явно не были готовы встречать, заселили в номер с одним полотенцем и без халатов. Смеситель в душевой работал на отстань, лила горячая вода. в таком же состоянии был ремонт в номере. Вернее, его не было, потолок с подтеками и отклеивающиеся обои. Остановились переночевать после длительного перелета уставшие. Жаль, что сразу не обнаружили клопов в номере, поняли уже только когда увидели на теле следы.
Жалоба куда надо уже пишется. Владельцу и администрации отеля пламенный привет. Надеюсь, вы хоть раз заглянете В СВОЙ КЛОПОВНИК. Вести бизнес по принципу «и так сойдет» — гиблое дело. Таким образом вы портите впечатление не только о своем хостеле, но и о городе в целом. ПОЧЕМУ ЗА СВОИ ЖЕ ДЕНЬГИ Я ПРИВОЖУ ДОМОЙ ИЗ ВАШЕГО ОТЕЛЯ КЛОПОВ? Это просто гадко.
