Initially, there was a reservation at the Leila hotel, they have the same owner. Settled in the Rhine. I'm writing right away - it's a terrible hotel. The room has mold all over the wall, and the bathroom is covered in mold and rust. Very cold. We complained to the reception and the tour operator, and eventually we were moved to another room, but there was no mold, which was a little encouraging. The room had to be cleaned, we left our suitcases and went for a walk in our beloved Istanbul. We returned in the evening, the room was cleaned, and dried feces remained in the toilet. We went to the reception and went to dinner, came and kind of washed, but there was a dirty rim, in the end there was no one to wash, and the manager came to Wash himself. Anyway, in the morning we took our suitcases and went to the nearby Inrerstar hotel and it was just an exhale and a smile appeared on our face. I travel a lot, do a lot of business trips, but I've never seen such horror. Never check into this hotel.

Well, it's not even 3 stars, it's 2 with a stretch) they won't bring you towels or cups here, you can buy a plastic cup for 20 lire, but it wasn't available either. Everything is very bad in short) inexpensive, but also not too cheap - in a nearby hotel at the same price it is much better The linen is gray, everything is dirty, the water flows in a thin trickle. Ugh)

We had a rest from May 13 to May 19, 2025. Pros: great location, all iconic places can be reached on foot within 10-20 minutes, and the metro is 5 minutes away. If you look out of the window, you can see the Bosphorus. There is a terrace with a beautiful view of Istanbul and the Bosphorus. Two of the staff speak Russian, the rest speak English well. There is a working refrigerator, air conditioning, there is always hot water in the bathroom, the pressure is good, there are no foreign odors. Soap and shower gels and shampoo are brought, towels are changed every day, bed linen has been changed once. If there are problems or requests, the staff is always ready to help (for example, we asked for a second blanket, they gave it to us). Cons: it's not clear why a huge TV is hanging on the wall, because its cord does not reach any outlet, so in fact it's just a decoration. When asked to bring an extension cord, they replied that there were problems with the antenna (where is the connection?). There are no chairs to put things in, just bedside tables. The safe. after the instructions from the staff on how to use it, it became clear that anyone could open it, so they didn't take any chances, they carried everything with them. I was vacationing with my mom, and we booked a room with two beds, but upon arrival we were checked into a room with one double, they replied to the objections that there was no room with two beds (what nonsense?). The bed linen and towels are clean and washed, but they are all stained. Even though you know with your head that they are clean, it's still unpleasant. The room is very humid, and the socks don't dry out overnight. I don't know what this is about, but just for information. There is no kettle, and this is a big problem. We had our own especially for traveling, without it I do not know what we would have done. There are also no glasses or cooler even at the reception, so you can only get water at the store. Result. If you only sleep in this room (and there is nothing else to do in it), then this is a great option for your money. Actually, we booked the Lola hotel, but it turned out that there are 3 hotels like the same chain, and they checked us into the Rhine, so there is a possibility that you will be checked into another hotel. But they are hardly any different. The main thing is not to book a room on the ground floor, it is better to pay extra than to live in the basement. There's a nice big supermarket not far from the hotel, all the groceries were bought there. There is no point in using the subway, it is better to walk. They don't have such a thing as a transfer, like we do, if you get off, then you pay the fare again on the other line. The transfer was ordered from Kiwi taxi, it is cheaper and more reliable than on the street, and even more so in a hotel, and even more so by taxi. Also with a guide, we hired a guide to the Top Cape Palace for 60 euros and he showed and told us everything for 4 hours, it was amazing. In no way can it be compared with buying an excursion on the street, where 1.5 hours and a group of 30 people are allocated for Top Caps, this time is catastrophically not enough! And a ticket, for a moment, to the Top of the Cape costs 2000 lira (5000 rubles per person), so it's better to go there once for a whole day and with your guide for such money for a ticket. In general, the hotel is the same as hundreds of hotels in Istanbul of the same class, here you need to choose the location of the objects you want to visit. Everywhere + is the same thing.
