Our company has acquired a new Citroen Jumper with an insulated refrigerated van manufactured by Reinbel. The quality of the van is 1 out of 5, the rivets from the van panels fly off, everything is done crookedly, obliquely. These craftsmen also installed a refrigeration unit for us. As a result, all the pipes are hanging and dangling, they are not properly fixed. All connections were not properly clamped and as a result, a month later the ref stopped working. After installing an additional compressor on the ref, an incorrect installation scheme for the drive belt was selected, as a result of which, after 2 thousand runs, it tore. As it turned out later, we are not the only ones and there are other clients who are also absolutely not satisfied with their work. The director of the company, Vladimir, responds to the claims either with excuses or does not pick up the phone at all. In short, this is the desk that is best at deceiving its customers.
