The rooms are clean, the renovation is fresh, the rooms are spacious. There is a swimming pool and tables in the courtyard. The dishes from the dining room could be used. The breakfast is simple, hearty, and more than enough in volume. The hosts are pleasant and friendly. We were allowed to check out late at no extra charge. Yes, it's a long way from the cultural center, we took a taxi. But the prices are such that it's not stressful. And I couldn't find such spacious apartments in the center for such a price for our company of seven people. In general, we can safely recommend it.

We were with their family . We arrived in Samarkand via Tashkent from Dushanbe, the rooms in front of us were cleaned, they were normal, they said that there was a pool on the phone, there was a dirty pool in the courtyard, our son swam there. I didn 't say anything about the big pool at all , only then I saw it . There wasn't a word about him. Breakfast 20g butter, 4 eggs, 5 pieces of bread, oatmeal porridge, and coffee 3/1 . I personally wanted a house with a swimming pool so that I could swim with the children. We are guests from the Republic of Tatarstan. The price of $ 80 per night is very expensive. . And so the house is big.
