He called several times during the evening and the next morning. No one answered the phone. I had to switch to option number two. About 30 minutes later, the operator called, clarified the details and said that the master would contact me within an hour. That's exactly what happened. We agreed on the time of the visit with the master. The guys proved to be punctual and arrived at the address at the appointed time. They opened the lid of the car. We made sure that the problem was really with the shock absorbers. Because the model was old, they didn't have the necessary parts with them. They left for 30 minutes to get a pair of shock absorbers and quickly replaced them upon their return. After testing the repaired washing machine, they gave a company warranty for repairs. I am very pleased with this service. I recommend.
