LG washing machine model 10170ND aged 20 years. The shock absorbers are out of order. I had to look for a repair technician. At first, I decided to contact the LG branded service center. He called several times during the evening and the next morning. No one answered the phone. I had to switch to option number two. While I was searching on the Net, I noticed the website of this company. I liked how the company presents itself and submits the material. I left a request on their website this morning. About 30 minutes later, the operator called, clarified the details and said that the master would contact me within an hour. That's exactly what happened. We agreed on the time of the visit with the master. The guys proved to be punctual and arrived at the address at the appointed time. They opened the lid of the car. We made sure that the problem was really with the shock absorbers. Because the model was old, they didn't have the necessary parts with them. They left for 30 minutes to get a pair of shock absorbers and quickly replaced them upon their return. After testing the repaired washing machine, they gave a company warranty for repairs. I am very pleased with this service. I recommend.

The car broke down, they promptly responded to the request. Two craftsmen arrived, immediately figured out what the problem was, part of the problem was solved on the spot, the counting mechanism was changed, and the fee for which the machine did not work, they took it to their service, repaired it and brought it back 1 day later.
The machine is working, everything is great!
The prices and approach are inadequate.
