Luxury apartments in the historical part of Minsk, 15-20 minutes walk from the Town Hall. The entrance to the entrance is located opposite the Italian Embassy. We stayed in apartment 8 from January 20 to January 23 of this year. Beautiful historical area, everything is within walking distance. Comfortable spacious apartment. Convenient location, the center. We went to the competitions, the Sports Palace is located 10-15 minutes away on foot. Cafes and the Gallery shopping center are also within walking distance, where there is a food court on the 6th floor. The Italian Embassy is in the courtyard of the house, unusual 🙂 Parking is available in the courtyard. The apartment is decorated in loft style, quite cozy. The children and I were comfortable. After reading the laudatory reviews about the apartment and the owner, we decided to stay here. In fact, it turned out like this: 1. Furniture is worn out, doors need to be tightened everywhere; 2. The kettle is covered in scale, which gets into the glass; 3. There are no household cleaning supplies (not even table cloths) ; 4. Stuffy, only two mosquito nets on all windows; 5. The kitchen nook is so small that it can barely fit one person, the bathroom is also tiny, combined with a shower.; 6. Complete lack of ventilation; 7. Upon departure, the "hospitable" host Andrey accused of a "dirty apartment". To be fair, having the status of a superhost according to the reviews of the owners, I know what condition the apartment should be in when checking out.; 8. Accepted payment only in US dollars; Don't be fooled by the owner's excessive talkativeness, he will definitely find something to complain about when leaving. Especially if you are traveling with children.

I arrived in autumn, when it was already getting colder. It was cool, but a heater was brought at my request. It should be borne in mind that the hot water in the shower can run out if you wash for a long time. But when heating the water, you can set the temperature higher and then there will be more hot water. Everything you need in the apartment is there, there is a lot of space, it is cozy and it is clear that the apartment is renovated and maintained with love. A very interesting story of the house and apartment, which was shared by the owner.

The kitchen has pots, a frying pan, a turk, a grater, a rolling pin, sugar, salt, garbage bags, paper towels, a broom, a dustpan. There are also a couple of toys for younger guests) . Well, the owner has provided everything for everyone. The deposit of the apartments is convenient. Centre. Rakovskoe suburb (where the hotel is located) is located between M Nemiga and Frunzenskaya. There are many cafes nearby, There is a restaurant, a dining room, a shopping center gallery. Close to R.Svisloch, the Upper town. We are delighted with everything! We thank the host.
