I came to pick it up - voila, 25 rubles for diagnostics. I also agree if the client refused to repair... I don't refuse repairs, but they refuse me. And pay 25 rubles. Okay, if it was beyond repair, otherwise they just don't have such spare parts... Why did you take it? Why wasn't they warned when they took it that they would have to pay for the diagnosis? The answer of the "specialist": "You should have been warned, I did not take the iron, what are the claims against me." So they should have warned you when taking the order after all? Neither in the corner to write, nor on the fence, but SHOULD THEY have said? Am I supposed to look for the dude who accepted and make claims against him now? I need repairs, you can't do it, why do I need your diagnostics? And by the way, the amount of diagnosis, even in case of failure, is not indicated anywhere! Neither on the stand, nor in the form! I don't even know if they opened it at all! Charlatans!

The application stated "problems with the cable"

They called back. For the replacement of the cable 75p. I'm shocked. 75 rubles?! Riley?! For replacing the cable with a puncher, which costs the same 75 rubles?!
75 rubles for replacing the cable is a lot, we say no, it is not necessary. I'll take the hammer away.
The answer was good, but you will be charged 25 rubles for the diagnosis.
DIAGNOSIS OF WHAT?! There was no diagnosis in the application, and why do we need diagnostics? the cable is broken and they said to change the cable at the acceptance?!
And they compensated this fee of 25 rubles by the fact that many people come, do diagnostics for free and they go to do it themselves, or elsewhere.
But why do diagnostics if you just had to change the cable?
By the way, today I stopped by another repair company and changed the cable.

Customer orientation is not their strong suit, from the word at all. Starting from the site, where the amounts for repairs are indicated: "The cost for all work is 35 rubles." Why mislead people? Then write at least: "FROM 35 rubles." I am generally silent about the diagnosis of 25 rubles... In general, in the style of some kind of scammers, honestly.
In vain, I did not immediately pay enough attention to the "bell" when, when visiting the office, I saw an extremely "satisfied" client who had been sorting out relations with employees of this institution for a very long time.
As a result, in general, I don't recommend myself to set foot anymore and others! There are much more decent service centers.

Сдавал в ремонт микроволновую печь, произвели диагностику быстро, перезвонили, проконсультировали, предложили несколько вариантов решения моей проблемы с разными ценами и разными сроками гарантии. Ремоно произвели в течении 2-ух дней.
