The earpiece broke, and one of the gears shattered. I turned to the Ukrainian market (there is a roller shutter for the sale of spare parts - a workshop from them). A pair of gears of 25 rubles. There was no time to do repairs, so I left the earpiece for them to repair (20 rubles). A couple of days later, the master calls and begins to rub in what a neglected grinder I have (two bearings "flew" and the copper sleeve was almost erased), for repairs with components it is no longer 25 rubles, but 30 and for everything else with work it is still 60. I agreed (the Bulgarian is really old, anything is possible). I took it away, took care before starting whether the grease was replaced (one gear was crushed) and of course there is no old grease with shavings and metal fragments in place. After such a repair, I'd rather find the time and fix it myself. I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO APPLY.

Review of the Repair Kit store in Zhlobin. On November 3, he brought the stator of the BOSCH PWS 700-125 grinder. They said they would rewind in 2 (two!) weeks. After 3 (three!) weeks later they called and said they had rewound it. I began to insert the stator into the grinder - the "fatly" wound coils of the stator propped up the activation lever, as a result of the inability to turn on the tool. I brought it back on November 23rd. They offered to order a new stator, although initially they said that they did not have these stators and did not bring them. They said that they were forming a car and it should arrive within two weeks. Two weeks have passed - the car is on its way. Three weeks - the car is coming. 4 weeks - the car is driving. On December 19th, my patience ran out. I came and asked what we were going to do. I was asked for the 10-digit cipher of my Bulgarian. I called the warehouse for a long time or where - it's not clear, as a result, she offered me a stator that "Should fit, since it looks the same" and was in their store all this time. After that, I gave them the registered number of the burned-out stator itself, which was printed on the burned-out stator. And after some time, they still decided that "the stator that we have is not suitable." I was offered to take the money or give them the grinder and they "will install the rewound stator for you", despite the fact that they did not initially give guarantees for the rewound stator. Naturally, I refused and took the money. Having wasted a month and a half waiting for tomorrow. Although another store immediately offered me to bring a new stator on a specific day, and not "in 2 weeks the machine will bring". Is that the end of my story? No. On January 7 next year, at 11:14, I get a call from this store and they say "Your rewound stator has arrived - you can pick it up." Of course, I didn't need it anymore. In general, as a result: A lot of wasted time, a huge amount of work not completed on time, as well as a very unpleasant aftertaste. No organization, disrespectful attitude to customers and ignorance of their business. Even no one apologized ... A photo of the native stator, where the coils are wound as compactly as possible, unfortunately there is no photo of the rewound stator.

I ordered a gear with a shaft assembly for a grinder, paid an advance and after 3 weeks no one called me once. I had to constantly call myself and ask what was going on with the order. At first they told me that it would arrive next week at the time of the order, then at the end of the second week they said they did not know when it would arrive, and in the third week they said that my order had not arrived and apparently would not come. As a result, I came to pick up my advance payment and it turns out that they already have such a spare part and they show it to me, but at the same time no one called me for 3 weeks and even when they miraculously got it. I decided not to pick it up, as I made an order immediately after I found out that nothing had come to me from those who are more responsible about their work and respect their customers' time.
