How many times have I come here with a specific request (pills for sore throat, nasal drops, etc.) in 90% of cases, they offered expensive vitamins that I don't need. We recently went to get throat pills, and the pharmacist gave us some of the most expensive ones, without even specifying if I was allergic to the main component in the pills (pharmacies usually ask about it). When asked to bring others, the pharmacist left with a displeased face and after some time brought more expensive pills. When asked to give me only two plates (as a test, since such pills were never taken), she looked at me haughtily and threw them at me. After reading the reviews, and as I understand it, they don't want to help you at this pharmacy, but they want to sell the most expensive and inappropriate product.

I asked the pharmacist for cough syrup for an adult. I'm talking about a dry cough.
As a result, they sold some kind of dietary supplement, which immediately says "is not a medicine." Just an additional source of vitamin C and that's it. And there's not a word about coughing on the box or on the bottle.
And they didn't even offer anything else from syrups.

We approached the pharmacy employee to ask for availability, received a negative answer and went to see for ourselves and eventually found what we needed. The employees are not competent, absolutely uncultured, unpleasant.
