The air is clean and that's it. The area is "steep", above Alfarabi. Houses on top of each other. The streets are narrow. There are sooo beautiful expensive mansions on two or three plots. And basically, as everywhere in Almaty, in the former dachai in the mountains and state farms of the USSR, which grew apples in the foothills of Almaty. There are no gardens anymore, all the mountains are cut up
