I am writing a review after a month of completed repairs with daily use of the machine. I came across this workshop by accident. A call, a consultation - everything is very decent, detailed, without unnecessary water. I arrived for a diagnosis on the same day, and the "diagnosis" was established and I was hired. After the analysis and visual inspection, they called, clarified the source of the problems, and picked up the necessary spare parts, including the gearbox housing. It took 2 days, and that was because of the difficult search for the case due to the shortage of decent options on the market (Kia Rio car). The main work was done the day after the car was delivered. I came to pick up the car, and they took me to the workshop (I haven't seen such cleanliness and order for a long time), showed me the removed parts, what condition they were in and what was the reason for the problematic operation of the checkpoint. Receipt, warranty, transparency - everything is OK. The impressions are only positive. People understand what they are doing. Would you recommend it to your loved ones? - definitely. A specialized workshop for the repair of mechanical gearboxes and clutches. Only manual transmission and clutch repairs are carried out here, but they do it efficiently, they really understand their business. Before them, I visited one service station, where I was completely incorrectly diagnosed with a malfunction, I was already ready to give the box for repair or replacement. When I was just talking to them on the phone, they literally determined from my words that the malfunction was completely different, which actually requires replacing the clutch. When I came to them, they confirmed it once again. The replacement was carried out within one day, it was not necessary to buy anything yourself, they themselves offered options and ordered the right clutch themselves. They were right, the malfunction was fixed. The full cost (full clutch kit plus work) was 700 Belarusian rubles (prices in August 2021). Whether it's a lot or not, let everyone decide for themselves. I think that this is normal, people at least understand their work, and do not make vague diagnoses, just to work less and make more money. If the car stays with them for a day, they take customers to the Mogilevskaya metro station. But when you pick up the car, you will have to use a taxi, minibus or ask a friend.

I had to fix the manual transmission on a Toyota Verso. It had to be done quickly and efficiently :) After calling several car repair shops, I chose remkpp.They were bribed by several things: firstly, a narrow specialization (as the name implies, repair of boxes is their specialty ;)), secondly, they had the necessary spare parts available at a reasonable price. I bought some myself and brought them, the missing ones I bought from them. Thirdly, an adequate and normal master explained everything to me clearly. Fourthly, after I left my car with them for repair, they gave me a ride to the subway - I don't have to think about how to get from the workshop and to the workshop.. the other advantages are after the repair. the car was repaired in one day. the payment for the work is quite adequate, without excessive tariffs. They don't charge money for diagnostics. a very pleasant impression of the workshop.. clean, tidy, tidy. I recommend this workshop for gearbox repair.
