I handed over the equipment for repair, no one called from the workshop for a week. On the second week, on Tuesday, she called herself, the master left to clarify and promised to call back. No one called until Thursday. On Thursday, I dialed myself, this time a girl answered the phone and replied that she didn't know what was wrong with my order, but she would clarify and call me back. Since no one called me back again, I went to the workshop myself on Saturday. The master from the workshop could not answer my questions about the equipment and when it would be repaired, and advised me to call the director of the company. I decided not to spoil my weekend and wait for the company to respond to the client's request. On Monday evening, the director of the company called me. When I started asking questions about the repair time, he said that there were no details and he did not know when the TV would be repaired. When I asked why his employees did not call back to customers, the respected director switched to a raised tone of communication, began to speak boorishly, as a result, I had to stop the conversation. After a "friendly" conversation with the director, an employee of the company called me on Tuesday and said that the TV had been fixed and could be picked up. No one has previously agreed with me on the cost of repairs, and no one has discussed the feasibility of repairs with me. The details that were missing the night before were suddenly found very quickly. I doubt at all that the part was changed. Working with this company left only negative emotions. I will not contact this organization again and will not recommend it to my friends.

I don't recommend it, the prices are high for spare parts. Once I was looking for an engine for a vacuum cleaner, I charged 1.5 times more than in a specialized store. Also, the repair of equipment is short-lived (for frequent use), more specifically, I handed over the multivark 2 or 3 times, the repair was enough for a couple of years (when used 1-2 times a month). After the last time, I freaked out that I couldn't do it myself, despite the fact that I knew that the thermal fuse was blowing out, I ordered a higher current and thermal conductivity on the WB and changed it myself. 3 years of normal flight and use 2-3 times a week. So draw conclusions about whether it is worth contacting there.
