The system unit stopped turning on, although everything worked without problems the day before. I contacted this workshop, where they immediately promised me a free check. It turned out that the motherboard had suffered some kind of malfunction, and there was a choice between replacing it or trying to repair it. I chose the repair, and the specialists did it in a day. When the tablet was loaded, only the logo appeared, and then it hung up. The guys from the service performed a free diagnostic and said that the system needed to be flashed. I agreed because I didn't see any other way out. After a couple of hours, the tablet was already working as good as new, and all the data was saved. I paid exactly what I was told at the very beginning, nothing extra. I got a warranty card, so if it happens again, I'll be back without any problems. All the staff were polite and understanding.
