I applied to this organization for the installation of windows and balcony decoration. The girl roughly calculated the cost and said that the master would contact me in a day. A day later, no one called back. I decided to remind myself, I called myself. They said that there was a very heavy workload, but promised that they would call me back exactly today. But, alas, no one called back. Apparently there are too many customers and new ones are not needed at all. I had to contact another organization.
