The staff is friendly! Whenever possible, they try to repair any complexity and a larger range of tools and mechanisms sold. You can also purchase spare parts and tooling. A good quality service and repair hub in Mogilev.

Hello! I just had to contact the ECO GTP-185S trimmer repair shop once again! Not happy with the approach anyway. The story is this: For the first time, due to the refusal of the trimmer, I applied immediately after buying it. Because the trimmer started up, but after a few seconds there was a loud sound and it stops. The trimmer didn't start anymore. I found a workshop in Mogilev for the warranty repair of Eco equipment. As it turned out, it only works from Monday to Friday and the opening hours are from 9:00 to 17:00! Accordingly, it is impossible for those who work from 8:00 to 17:00 five days a week to get there! And there are probably 50% of the working population of the country! I'm looking for a way out, I'm connecting relatives - I asked my father (a disabled person of the second group to take the trimmer under warranty). He didn't know that this was just the beginning of the story," he agreed. I took it, I gave it back. The autopsy showed that the ring had burst. According to the master, this is a common problem. The piston was replaced under warranty. I repeat, it failed immediately upon the first launch. The reasons, except that it is a common problem, were not announced. Immediately after receiving the trimmer from repair, it turned out to be problematic to start it yourself - it was not started from the first time or even from the 5th time, although it did everything strictly according to the operating instructions. After numerous attempts and still a successful start, the shutdown button could not be turned off. I had to shut off the air damper to stop the engine. I tried to start it several times, but the trimmer didn't start well either. My father went to the workshop with the trimmer again to show that it does not stall and does not start well. The workshop was quickly sorted out: They said they know the problem, and they've fixed some kind of contact. After contacting the repair service, I found that there was no screw for fixing the (upper) protective casing. because of this, the casing loosened and the plate that covers the muffler from the tank flew off. I did not find the screw used in the trimmer at home and temporarily fixed the plate on the screed of the fastening screw of the (upper) protective casing. because of this, the casing loosened and the plate that covers the muffler from the tank flew off. I did not find the screw used in the trimmer at home and temporarily fixed the plate on the screed. After some time on vacation, I decided to mow the planned area in front of the house. The trimmer started on the fifteenth time... Moreover, it started up, started to stall, started again. The whole area was not mowed down. The trimmer started to stall. I thought that there was already a little fuel, the air was sucking in and decided to continue the next day. Turned off the trimmer. I refueled it in the morning, but I couldn't start the trimmer anymore. And now the fun begins! Today, I'm coming to the warranty workshop with my father once again. I approach the master to explain the problem (I wanted to say that after the repair, the piston worked for less than an hour, not even an hour, but maybe 20 minutes.... and it started again, it won't start). The master tried to pull the starter and says- piston. We're going to the workshop to sort it out. On the way, the master asks how the gasoline is diluted. I say, like one in fifty. According to the measurement from the delivery package. The master replied: everything is clear- it's from the wrong fuel! It is necessary to breed one to 40! It's written in the book. He shows me the book. I explain that I get divorced according to the operating instructions, which means that I am one to 40 divorced, since I use only a measuring container, I use everything in accordance with the operating instructions. At the same time, they have two gasoline devices: this is a champion chainsaw and an eco trimmer, and I know that their proportions are different. I use my own measurement from the kit for each device. And the master, without opening the trimmer yet, and without listening to what I was saying according to the operating instructions, made a conclusion and called a colleague to confirm something about wear on the piston or cylinder walls after opening! I understand that there are those who violate the operating conditions, but there are also consumers who comply. The masters are not clairvoyant, do not operate with speculation, do not accuse of what you do not know and cannot know. Inspect and write certificates.. As it is, the master has already determined the reason for himself, stands there, disassembles and says more :light fuel, not properly diluted, it's darker in my bottle.... He certainly did well, he determined the proportion by color! Applause! I personally don't know what's in his bottle. What are your proportions and what kind of oil company. ... That's why I'm not arguing. But my fuel is diluted according to the measurement included in the kit. I wasn't too lazy - I'm posting a photo! I just arrived and specially took out two boxes, two measurements that are being used. When diluting, I always put each of the measurements strictly on a horizontal platform,! Moreover, I am a technical specialist who tightens the components during repair exclusively with a torque wrench or a torque screwdriver, I operate the equipment only after reading the operating instructions and observing them. The statements of the master of his conjectures, not knowing and not being able to know who is in front of him, how he can clearly follow all the recommendations, norms, and so on laid down in the instruction manual, this master spoils the attitude not only to himself personally, but also to the workshop as a whole. As a result, the trimmer was left for repair. Let's see how the events will unfold. Two conclusions-suggestions for the workshop: - first of all, review your work schedule (work at least one day off or shift your working hours to a later date, at least a few days a week). Turn around to face the consumer!!! The consumer does not need to make any inconvenient efforts to get into the workshop (to ask for leave from work, etc.). They come to you more often than not with good news, but with a problem, with a breakdown... and then there is such a schedule that is unacceptable to the majority of the able-bodied population!!! Secondly, do not allow staff to draw conclusions (or at least voice them to customers) about equipment failure without inspections, examinations, and research, but based on speculation and personal assumptions. If you don't believe the quality of the fuel, then take it and do an expert examination! Practice in the automotive industry works well! But to determine the concentration of oil in the fuel by eye or compare the color of the customer's fuel with some of his fuel in a bottle is absurd. You don't have a benchmark in a bottle for comparison. And we can use different oils, and the fuel is different in color! Thanks for your attention! I'm waiting for the workshop's conclusion. Please support changing the workshop's operating mode!
